They are very slow and the chicken is never cook right. No herbs and spices and over cooked. Use handes to pick up chicken with gloves but dangerous because of cross contamination.

Do not order the beyond fried chicken. It was hard and dry and could not be eaten. When I called to get a refund they offered me a free new 12 count of them and was told that “they are great when they’re fresh” so if you eat them in the first minute of being handed them maybe they are edible. Also the service is slow so the odds of eating your food fresh are slim to none.

Drive through was insanity so went inside. Ordered 2 chicken taco Supreme. Got home and had 2 beef tacos. So not pleased.

My mom and I just stopped here for a quick lunch, haven't been here in years. Stephanie was AWESOME, so polite, and helpful! She deserves a raise! We will definitely be back after this interaction. Also all the food was made fresh!

DRIVE THRU LINE ALWAYS AND I MEAN ALWAYS LONG EMPLOYEES JUST STANDING AROUND IN THE LOBBY IF THEY OPEN THE LOBBY THE THRU WOULDNT EXTREMELY WILL NEVER COME HERE EVER AGAIN
Drive thru was fast service.employees were nice..they had no extra crispy chicken. They forgot to give my debit card back when they gave me the food and receipt. I didn't realize it till I was a few miles away. Had to go back to get it . Food was cold by the time I got home

K.F.C. in my opinion still has the best chicken. They still sell a real meal for 5 bucks...well $5.59 but close enough. It even comes with a cookie.

Maybe the employees were under duress, having a bad day or whatever. This first time visit for me was so under par it left me speachless.Out of all the KFC's I been to, this one's title was KFC/TACO BELL, it's the first one I've seen combined with another company. Too much stress for the employees?It is still no excuse. The supervisor? was working the front counter taking orders. I was trying to see what was on the menu with my poor vision and ask price questions at the same time. Her annoyed look and body language left me the with the impression that she did not want to be bothered. While answering my questions, she was speaking to an employee in the back.I would have just left, but I needed something to eat, I was shaking and getting sick from not eating all day, before hitting the road again to go home.I ordered a meal that included a box meal with original fried chicken wings. I got my order and went outside to my car to eat it. Sitting in the parking lot under the lights, I opened the box and started eating a wing. It was overly salted and after tasting it and looking closer at the piece, I found it was way overcooked to the point of being on the burnt side.I wanted to take this order back inside, but I didn't think my legs would make it. I needed to get home because it was dark and my eyesight was not great for night driving.I ate two of the wings and left. At home, I ate the Cole slaw, mashed potatoes and threw out the other two wings.And if you are wondering if I call and complain then, the answer is no. I made up my mind that I will never go back there again. Customer service is important to me as well as the food. And if they actually serve burnt chicken to customers THAT by itself is a TOTAL TURN OFF to me!!If I could give no stars, that's what they would get!Darn, I should have taken a picture of the chicken!

I went there at 8:30. The rude girl said we have no chicken left. We close at 10. We are not making anymore. I got 2 busquits that I could have used as hockey pucks. Ridiculous. The girl was so rude.

My partner ordered through doordash 2 meals and they only gave him one and didn't refund him so he did it the manual way and KFC told the new doordash person they are not doing his order and they were not working with gloves at all. 0 if I could
