The pretzels here are very good and I've been coming here for a while so that gets five stars, the only reason I give this place four stars it's because though they wear gloves they use the same glove to reach into the cash register and and money and then back to the pretzels which defeats the purpose I've been in there quite a few times and they've done this I try not to buy when I see it happening they need to wash their hands and use fresh gloves or have someone else pick out the pretzels or something and definitely not use the same glove that is in the cash register

Everyone here is so kind and friendly! Made me feel like I was apart of the team. The sausage pretzels are great!!! Mix it with honey mustard, super spicy and the cheese! ?? great ppl, great service, great Philly pretzels!

I had a working interview with this facility, very clean and ran very well by Kelly, the store manager.This review does not reflect upon the staff or the product quality.This review reflects upon the owner and the treatment of the employees within the facility.I was told that I would have to wear a mask in order to work there because of the preference by the management, when in fact in New Jersey since the mandate is lifted it is up to the individual alone to choose if they want to wear one or not. I was told it was up to the business, this is false and inaccurate.After refusing to take a position where I could not choose to not wear a mask the owner said to me“well you wouldn’t have worked out anyway.”I am leaving this post here for any person who may be applying for a position at that facility, the owner is not a friendly person or a kind person to work for based on how he treated me and spoke with me. Very negative disposition and no room to work with the employees to make them feel comfortable and safe.Mr. Moreno

I called in a pretzel rivet tray order the day before I wanted to pick them up. The guy was nice on the phone and I told him I would be there first thing in the morning so my son could take them to school for his teachers. When I got there the woman told me it would be a few minutes- after ten minutes I asked her if the pretzels were ready and she said they were making them now because the oven got backed up! I told her to forget the order bc my son and I would both be late- he was so disappointed. (The lady behind me ordered 400 pretzels and they didn’t make her order either).

The worker Kelly is very unprofessional heard her yelling at one of the workers in the back and doesn’t make this business look very friendly and more hostile. Also the pretzels from there is literally a health hazard. I suggest just going to a different one

I loved this location and the people but it's not the same after it was sold to new owners. The quality of the pretzels has gone down and there is a particular cashier who needs some retraining in customer service. I've seen her be rude to customers who were ahead of me in line before and today I got to experience it firsthand. I will be giving my business to the one in Washington Township even if it means I have to drive further.
