I have not yet gone to this place of business, I'm a 60 year resident of Nutley, I do have to applaud the owner answering his critics, offering a secondary meal, we all make mistakes, this man seems to be an honorable man, I travel but most definitely will go there

A very nice salad with excellent dressing. Average slice, but perfectly cooked. Not much flavor in the crust, not much flavor in the sauce, average cheese. A really excellent Sicilian slice. Excellent crust, baked perfectly, nice blanket of cheese, and the zesty sauce on top with some oregano. I will give it another try because I really want it to get to five stars. I will try some of their other offerings and reassess. Right now, four stars is no insult for a new place. The grilled chicken served with a salad was terrific, by the way, and several cuts above the usual.

First time --I ordered three large pies .. NOT satisfied at all. Previous owner Calandras had the best pizza in Town. Pizza sauce and the dough no taste. I ordered thin crossed and light sauce I got the opposite. I let it pass it this time probably I'll give second chance.

I am always trying to find good pizza in northern NJ. After watching Barstools, I decided to give it a try. Nutley has many pizzerias in town so I figured it was going to be typical Nutley/Belleville pizza. I was completely wrong!! Amore pizza is definitely a top contender in town. We ordered the thinny skinny and grandma pie. Both were delicious and fresh but the grandma pie was the winner for me. Each bite had the perfect ratio of sauce/cheese and most importantly no flop! The pizza had a slight crunch which is my favorite! I am excited to have found another solid spot for good pizza in northern New Jersey. Just keep in mind that they have very few tables outdoor, no indoor seating but has plenty of parking. Eat out of the trunk of your car, it's worth it!!

I usually order from the same place but I been hearing good things about this place, so I wanted to try it. I ordered through slice, slightly more expensive, probably because of the app BUT we all LOVED the pizza. We got one regular pie and I did get a Sicilian with pepperoni. I appreciate the cutting to smaller pieces because it’s just such big slices. We are all about the sauce in this family and it was by far the best one I have tasted since moving to Nutley. I ordered a cold sub (Italian sub) a whole. It was beautiful. I like my oil and vinegar on the side and they fulfilled all my requests. The pasta dish was good (stuffed shells) but it’s the pizza and sub that hooked me. The driver was such a friendly gentleman. I look forward to seeing him more often since I may be ordering from here a little more...

Ordered a “skinny” pie for the first and last time. It was literally BLACKENED crust, so I called to complain. I was told that this is “well-done” and their most popular pie and that they sell hundreds of these pies everyday. They’re literally selling you cancer. Won’t be purchasing from this place again. If you like burnt pizza, go for it!
The sauce of the Margarit was a little bitter gots a tang to it a lil floppy in the middle but overall it was a good pizza. The pepperoni pie I had was really good. Ima try the grandma next. But beats taking a trip to the city every time I want good pizza and they deliver can’t beat it. Definitely recommend

Heard about this place on Barstool so I decided to give it a shot since it's local! Ordered the grandma pie and dang, it was pretty fricken good! Sauce had good tang, cheese was evenly distributed, but the crust was the best part! Definitely ordering from them again!
