The food is very good. But the sauces I've ordered with Uber Eats don't always show up. This evening, I requested 2 different sauces. What showed up was a handful of ketchup packets.

Ordered 12" fat sandwich that included 4 different items inside of it - Only came with 2 out of 4 of the expected items, this isn't even a "fat" sandwich, just a sandwich with chicken and fries. Barely any inside the sandwich at that. Ridiculous.

Nice place to get shakes and fat sandwiches. The sandwiches are decent. Service could have been a bit better. The ambiance is decent with nice lights and the interior design. 4 stars because they are overpriced in my opinion and the service was a bit slow.

I walked into this establishment to order food and asked for a Chicken Mac Burger, but instead received a Beef Burger sandwich. I called them back to make them aware and they informed me to come back in order to give me the correct sandwich and the manager on duty apologized for it. I told her that I was not able to pick up the burger until I’m finished with my clients today or either will be able to pick it up tomorrow before my sessions. She said ok and told me to bring the burger back in order for them to acknowledge their mistake when entering the order. For clarity I asked her so you want me to keep a soggy burger marinating in my vehicle and bring it back whether it’s tonight or tomorrow? She said yes. I just tossed it away and that will be the last time I go there. I only eat this way when I’m stressed anyhow so no need. I’ve never heard on a place who asks the customer to keep the food for proof to get the correct burger. So instead I’ve decided to post their mistake so here’s the proof. Poor decision from the manager. SMH
I agree with some of the other reviewers this place was better 5 yr ago than it is today. For a place serving mostly fried food, it seemed like their oil was old and food not fried to correct temperature. There are other fat sandwich places that are better quality for the same price.

Average munchies/junk food. The beverage menu is my favorite aspect. Fun flavored sodas, iced teas, and lemonades. The milkshakes are the best thing on the entire menu. OG grease trucks >
