I tried the pasta fagioli soup for the first time,and It was absolutely delicious.I don't live nearby but I had a appointment in the area of Grove Street deli and was craving pasta fagioli soup for a few days and I didn't go wrong ordering it.Fabulous deli and people who work there.

Wow. Just miserable. He is never nice. We ordered some cold cuts. One of them was supposed to be white cheese. He gave us turkey. By the time we noticed on a Friday night, they were closed. AND closed for the weekend. We went back Monday just to let him know. All we got was " sorry about that". Then he walked away. Nothing. He did nothing. On a good note my dogs had some turkey for dinner.

Wow, fantastic place....I wish I lived closer for more frequent visits. I walked in because of a sign out front with a list of 'today's specials' menu items. There were 3 people at the cash register and in a matter of minutes they were all taken care of and had left with their purchases. I was greeted and told I would be helped in a minute.I placed my order for a special soup and was asked if I wanted it hot or cold to take for later. I preferred it ready to eat and hot. I shopped in the refrigerators while waiting, for some iced tea and located a perfect large corner piece of brownie that looked homemade ? The staff is friendly, the store is well stocked and I enjoyed the soup- chicken orzo: with veggies and plenty of shredded chicken pieces loaded with delicious pasta. It came with crackers and was perfect.The man that came after me purchased a quart of the same soup cold and was told his sandwich would be ready shortly. Obviously, the two knew each other. I love this type of friendly down to earth location. Kudos to a great job with this Deli store!!!

Bottom line - good food at fair prices. My daughter love their soups and their chicken Parm heroes. With all the fancy shmancy fair in the area, it's refreshing to have a good old fashioned deli to grab a quick meal.

I have to start off by saying that Customer Service is amazing and outstanding. I will also recommend the corn beef on rye mustard, Swiss cheese sandwich. This sandwich was awesome. The meat was tender. I had a great cheese, pull! If I had to rate the sandwich, the service it would be a +10 get out and try anything from the deli!
There eggplant parm is delicious! One of the best I've had. Highly recommend . They also make brownies that usually are served warmed if you get there for lunch
