Fav sandwich shop in North Jersey. My favorite sandwich is the gobbler it’s thanksgiving in a sandwich. The Cubano and the godfadda are also great options. We order online and it is super easy. Parking is on a main street so tough to park. Staff is super friendly and pick up is always smooth. PS The sweet tea is a must. Will definitely be back.

Everything about this place makes me want to love it. They have options for dietary restrictions for gluten, good choices, nice portions. But what good is a gluten-free option if they don't make it gluten-free. So disappointing.Dietary restrictions: They have gluten-free options but I suggest checking it at the time of pickup. It's a bit awkward but avoids getting what you thought was not breaded and is grilled to avoid gluten but instead is a mouthful of gluten.

3 star due to how expensive things! A “build your own” chicken cutlet sandwich was $18. No sandwich is worth $18!!! It’s good but come on…..

Honestly I used to love this place but I have come to realize that the quality is terrible. I pay almost $18 for a sandwich the size of my palm and you guys absolutely SKIMP on the insides. This is NJ. There are 50 delis in a square mile so if you want to be overpriced and underdeliver we'll go somewhere else. its pathetic. and if you don't have an ingredient I add to my build your own sandwich dont change me $2 for the piece of wilted lettuce that doesnt show up.Also the guys are so rude and bring back the potato salad for christs sake.

Been going here since it opened a couple of years ago. I would give it 5 stars back then, but the price has increased and the portion has dramatically decreased. The taste of the sandwiches is out of this world. The portions won't even fill my 9 year old son. I know food prices are increasing, but if you are increasing the price, at least give the same amount of meat in the sandwich. It stinks, because I love the taste of the food. The staff is top-notch as well. They need to do better with portions for the price though.

Saturday lunch via delivery. Basic chic sub. Grilled chicken well seasoned. LTO, and I added cucumbers. Complimentary slice pickle.

My favorite Sandwich place. It checks all of the boxes. Variety, quality, service, value and access. In today's world where there are so many choices selecting Millburn Deli will not disappoint. Remember to slow down, embrace the choices, interact with the very helpful staff and walk away with a great Deli sandwich / meal. When weather permits pull up to one of the outdoor tables and enjoy!

The best of the best in Jewish delis. The ? gobbler will knock your socks off.

I have been ordering from both locations for 6 years and the food is consistently wonderful. They are always slammed with orders but always manage to be polite and fast. I always take my friends here and I consider it a staple. 10/10 recommend.

Best food (and its not) + terrible service = bad restaurant. Respect your customers is your way for success

I don’t really know what to think. Kind of agree with the service reviews. Picked up 2 sandwiches that I ordered online tonight and when I got there, told the person the name, she picked up the bag, read the name out loud and just started laughing with her coworker. Which immediately made me assume something is wrong with the food? Not sure. When I said “all good?” one of them said “yeah you’re good”. And I left, but I should have asked if there was an issue. Just off putting.

The place is nice, the food takes a good amount of time before you get it, but the sandwiches are overhyped. "The Godfather" sandwich is apparently their best sandwich, but it's too greasy and disgusting after you have a couple bites. It's still not the worst thing ever, but you're better off getting something else. And I'm sure if you're a little kid you'll love to have a sandwich like that. "The Gobbler" sandwich (according to them) is one of their best sandwiches. Believe it or not it's the worst thing you'll ever eat in your life. It's a thanksgiving sandwich with stuffing, cranberry, turkey, and stuff like that. They have the worst stuffing imaginable, it's so bad. If you had ate the whole sandwich you would throw up immediately. Don't get it! They put no effort into their stuffing. The Millburn Deli is ironically in Montclair; I wish they stayed in Millburn the whole time, but now they're running their awful business in the food Mecca of Montclair. Watchung Plaza used to have a Watchung Deli, which was so much better, but now there's Millburn Deli.

I have friends who rave about the original location in Millburn. So when I saw this location right by my nail salon I had to stop in! I had the Little Italy which was Proscuitto * Fresh Mozzarella * Roasted Garlic Tomato * Arugula * Balsamic * Sub Roll and was amazing! My only complaint is the roll. It was ok but a little on the soft side and quickly soaked through with the dressing. Not that I minded but I've had similar blends on a good Italian semolina baguette and it really makes a difference! Other than that the deli is clean and bright. A little confusing as I came in one door and ordered at the counter only to find that there are kiosks at the other end by the other door. Luckily it wasn't too busy so it didn't really slow things down. Grabbed a soda and chips and enjoyed a delicious sandwich. Now I get what all the hype is about!
