Our local favorite Italian restaurant. The owner “V” makes everyone feel comfortable and is very proud of his food....he will tell you it’s the world’s best lasagna....always a special, and it is in fact special. Never disappoints. Delicious. Excellent eggplant dishes to start; always excellent linguine with either Manila, when available, or littleneck clams. Perfectly seasoned. Delicious canneloni and ribeye steaks. His tomato sauce is delicious....said by someone who makes his own. Great house-made brioche bread pudding with gelato. BYOW. A very reasonably priced place for an excellent “real deal” Italian meal. Highly recommend.

IF YOU ACTUALLY HAVE TASTEBUDS - DONT COME HERE. also owner is rude. Came here for the first time was seated all the way in the back where the table was dirty and they practically forgot about us for 30 minutes. i asked to move to the front as it was clear they had forgotten about us since they didnt even offer water within 30 minutes of being seated. The man who works there- im not sure if the owner but clearly he was upset i asked to be moved as he practically threw the menu at me. he didnt even place it on the table nor hand it to me he just dropped it on me which was extremely rude and unprofessional. they give you complimentary bread and dip which was the only tasty part. I got the pasta bolognese and my partner got shrimp scampi. i thought the pasta would be homemade it wasnt the pasta was just boxed pasta and the sauce was nothing special. The portion size was good but what good is it if it lacks flavor. I definitely am not coming back. For the price the service and the quality of the food its a definite no:) Way better italian places in the area.

We had our Valentines meal at Valter's location. As ALWAYS, perfect meal, fantastic service, and their food is second to none. I highly recommend this restaurant for dinner, a party, or any event. Words cannot express the service and food served at this restaurant... Excellent.....!!
Me and my girlfriend came to osteria prime and I have to say I will deffiantly be coming back. Heather and Volter are top notch and the food was home made. Please if you want great Italian food with a welcoming feel. This is IT Oh PS the Breadpudding is out of this world

It really doesn't get any better than this. If you're looking for a small, romantic date night spot, this place is perfect. Probably some of the best penne vodka I've ever had in my LIFE. The staff is so friendly, as well as the owner. He really takes pride in his restaurant and the food that he serves. It's BYOB which is great. Can't wait to come back here soon!
