PastaRamen is definitely worth the hype. The Ramen is delicious and innovative, and the chef puts a truly unique twist of seasonality in it. My husband and I both had the pork ramen (Tonkatsu) and we also split one of the specials. The special was a springtime mazemen (no broth) with sausage, fennel, peas, asparagus and burrata. It was fabulous , the perfect way to showcase spring vegetables and the chefs talent. These are dishes that are not easily replicated—and stand out in your memory. Our server Heather was so attentive and thoughtful. She took the time to explain the menu, and highlight her favorite items. She made us feel welcome, even though this restaurant gets super busy and it was a weekend. She was down to earth and kind-and made us feel like she was so excited for us to try the chefs food-knowing how good it is! We will definitely return if we can snag another reservation!

food was phenomenal!!! cucumber insalada is a MUST try ??food came out fast and was sooo good! everything we ate was unique and very well balanced. throughly enjoyed my whole meal. environment was so fun, i loved the open kitchen concept! and music was top tier (shoutout to the host, Robert for his music choice!) also big shout out to shawn for his AMAZING service. he made us feel right at home. Overall would definitely recommend trying to book a reservation here if you can snag one!

I’ve been trying to book this place for months and was finally able to snag a convenient time!Our server Igor was absolutely wonderful and super friendly. He suggested a few meals for us but we ultimately chose the Omakase which came with a 5 course meal.We started with Salmon Crudo which was served over a Furikaki Cracker and Crema. The cracker was SOOOO GOOD and the crema was great!The Calamri Fritti packed a ton of flavor and had a slight but subtle spiciness to it.Next we were served the Ramen Shrimp Scampi. It was very delicious and had a sweet note to it. A little on the saltier side for me but would still rate this dish a 9/10!My absolute favorite part of the Omakase was the Black Cod which was cooked to perfection! The Miso had the perfect balance between creaminess, salt and a little sweetness. The Cod literally flaked right off and couldn’t have been cooked better!!!Our last dish was the Zeppoles with a chocolate dipping sauce. The Zeppoles had a crunchy exterior and a very soft and spongy but light inside. It was a delightful dessert.Overall I would 10/10 recommend.

Pasta ramen is a vibe. The food, the ambiance, everything is great but especially Matt. He is hands down the most amazing waiter we’ve ever have. We insist on having him whenever we go. He’s passionate about what he does, attentive and knows all the ins and outs of the menu. It doesn’t get better than Matt. He makes the experience 10x better. Go to pasta ramen and pray you get Matt waiting on you!

This place is always amazing. Very hard to get a reservation but worth the effort!! Perfect blend of Asian/Italian fusion! Service is quick! Almost too quick. You don’t feel rushed but at the same time you don’t feel like you can hang for too long. Food is always ? ? ? !! Also BYOB is always a plus! The bathroom is also such a vibe!
Food is good, no complaints. Server was excellent. Why are the tables so close? Literally had to rearrange the tables to get up to go to the bathroom. That should not be a thing. My butt is dragging across other people’s tables trying to get out of the spot. There should’ve been at least 3 whole tables less on that side of the restaurant. Wouldn’t go back again just for the way they crowd people.
