Chicken sandwiches medium on a brioche bun with there special sauce and pickle is everything you can ask for in this Nashville Hot Chicken Sandwich @ Roosters in Montclair fresh as can be and I give it a 8/10 fries 7/10 and Mac and cheese 8/10 great and fast service here
I had the cauliflower and the mild sauce was too darn spicy. I would definitely buy without sauce.

i recently got into eating nashville hot chicken. after trying out some big name places, i realized that the chicken were soggy and the mac and cheese was bland. however, this place stood out to me the most. the chicken tenders were huge, the fries were crispy, and the mac and cheese had flavor. all combined was delicious! i even had enough for leftovers for the next day. the service was amazing and the girl with short curly hair was so vibrant and welcoming. overall the food was a 10/10. however, i wanted to give a shoutout to the workers there. i could tell that they get along really well after hearing them laugh together while eating. a good restaurant isn’t just based on whether they serve great food or service, but it’s the people who run the entire operation behind. a happy crew = a good restaurant. they reminded me so much of how i am with my coworkers and i know they keep me grounded. i can tell they are good workers! will be coming back to try the sliders ☆*:.｡. o(≧▽≦)o .｡.:*☆

Very surprised by this place. Food was good. I got the load fries and it was definitely 9/10, the combination of the chicken, sauce, fries, and Mac and cheese definitely makes this a go too. Very addicting. Now, I do have to say the Mac and cheese alone wasn’t my favorite but combined with everything yes, then YES! The other order was the chicken slider meal and a side of Mac and cheese. They liked the sliders but felt it could have been spicier for the level of hotness ordered and felt the fries could have been more seasoned. They liked the Mac and cheese. I was really expecting and looking forward to enjoying my visit to Rooster's, however I was left a bit underwhelmed. My group ordered our food ahead of time at around 6:45 for 7:15, however, most of our orders did not arrive until close to 8 PM. The food was decent, but I felt the chicken was a bit hard, and could have been better prepared. The inside seating area and decor was quite nice. I think Rooster's could benefit from improving their process to getting orders made more quick and efficient.

I was working in Montclair, and I asked someone who worked at the building I was at if there were any good lunch spots around. Roosters was highly recommended. I was not disappointed the chicken and fries were so flavorful and delicious. Highly recommend Roosters to anyone who wants great comfort
My experience with the Nashville Hot Chicken from this place fell far short of expectations. Despite ordering the 10-piece wings extra hot, the spice level was disappointingly not even mild. This was particularly frustrating given the restaurant's specialization in Nashville Hot Chicken. To compound matters, I endured a two hour-long wait for delivery via Ubereats, though I understand that's not entirely within the restaurant's control. Nevertheless, the overall experience left much to be desired. I’d like to add if I had to say I enjoyed anything from this meal, it would be the bread.

Waited 35 minutes for our order; when there were 3 workers just sitting around. They never “fired” up the oil but didn’t tell anyone and kept giving excuses.

Roosters was great I ordered the whole menu everything from the loaded fries, chicken wings, tenders and chicken sliders. Spice levels I had was “on fire” which packed a mean punch I would only suggest if you can tolerate really spicy heat but was not to over bearing. I had extra hot was not that hot at all tasted like seasoned chicken would suggest this heat level. I also had hot and medium spice levels which basically taste the same like fried chicken no heat. The chicken was crispy and fresh I would recommend to order ahead on app within 15 minutes of pickup it is a long line of ppl waiting for their food and their is literally no parking resturant is on a corner and montclair police keep hounding you to move your car. As far as sauces rooster sauce is a must try! Enjoy!Parking: Parking is a bit difficult you can double park but Montclair police is a problem!
