Although I haven't been to Contemplate Kitchen's location yet, I've indulged in some sweet treats that they sell at the yoga studio I go to. Perfect combination, right? Do yoga, eat sweets. I think that's how working out works. I've had the white chocolate raspberry truffle cheesecake and the brownie (yes, I've only tried the desserts from this health-conscious kitchen). Since they're vegan, I'm going to go ahead and consider them healthy. The cheesecake had a creamy texture that I would not have expected without, well, cream cheese. The brownie was also soft and rich- I liked the coconut flavor that came through. I can't wait to check out the cafe next!

This place is absolutely amazing. Has an amazing cafe full of excellent coffee, soups, macro bowls, wraps, chia parfaits, baked goods(that are not only vegan, but GF!), juices, and all kinds of yummy treats! They also have a great catering and meal package program too! Everyone who works there is so kind, and it is truly my favorite place to go on my lunch break. Being a vegan in this area is hard, but it doesn't have to be. This place is setting a high standard! Just needs better hours, would love to be able to go on weekends or early evening! Check this place out, you won't regret it.
