I was there with my friend last Sunday March 17th. We ordered lentil soup, mixed platter, etc. we were under impression that this is an affiliate of Sahara in New Brunswick. But we later found out they are not affiliated with Sahara of New Brunswick. Just that they have same name. I dont leave reviews. This is I guess my first review. I am leaving this review because food was so bad that my friend had diarrhea same night. We felt food was just warmed from freezer. Please make sure if you go to this restaurant, they dont serve you stale food.

Excellent and authentic! The freshest falafel I have ever had. Rich, smokey baba ghanoug and perfect tabouleh. Kunafah was so delicious! Fresh and crispy and perfect amount of sweetness. Generous portions and great food.
Amazing falafel, absolutely the best ever!!! Delectable lamb, beef, and chicken combination dish cooked to perfection and served with delicately flavored rice. The stuffed grape leaves beautifully tender and packed with flavor. Don’t forget desert and tea, the house made baklavas with mint tea is also a show stopper and the perfect end to a perfect meal.
I went to this place many times before we moved out of state. It’s was consistently excellent! I usually went with a friend to visit with her during our meal. Sometimes we stayed for hours after we ate and never felt rushed. We have been looking for a comparable restaurant near our new home with no success. I miss you, Sahara, for your excellent food and hospitality! I wish you delivered out of state! I wouldn’t be able to visit with my friend, but at least I could enjoy your food…..

AMAZING fresh Mediterranean dishes in Princeton!!! ? I enjoyed a take-out with their large Chicken Kebob Platter, Baba Ghanoug, and freshly baked pita bread. Generous portions, delicious, and all ingredients were fresh.I should mention, seeing the GORGEOUS interior of Sahara is worth a trip itself! ?Glowing, cozy lights, big booths…and the decor is a blend of opulence and historic charm of the Middle East. It makes you feel like you've teleported across the globe :DHighly recommend for a romantic date or memorable night with friends. Can’t wait to visit again and dine-in! ❤️
