I was driving through the area and at first I was going to McDonald's but then I saw this tiny shop behind the parking lot and said to myself why not! When you first walk in, you're overwhelmed with the menu. They have plenty to pick from. The gentleman behind the counter is super friendly. I ordered myself a bacon cheeseburger to go. I'm glad they take credit cards with a minimum of $10. However, if you want to offer this to your customers, I would suggest upgrading your credit card processing system. Not complaining about the method you use but when I have a few people standing behind me waiting to order, it makes for an awkward moment. Square makes a pretty fast and convenient POS system these days. After I got my burger and paid around $10 for it, I was slightly disappointed. The meat itself was bland with no seasoning. It was a bit under cooked. No sear on the meat and too much juice, which made the bun soggy on one side. The patty was also falling apart as you ate it. The bread was soft and fresh and the bacon was cooked perfectly. I didn't have it in the bag long, as I ate it in my car. Under cooked ground beef has a distinct smell and taste to it. My order was the first one in and the first one out, so there was no need to rush the burger, since I wasn't in a hurry. I would love to give them another try but since I'm not from the area, I probably won't. Make sure you ask for the right temperature on your burger!

It took me over 20 years to finally get food from here.Hell people recommended the cheese steaks over the years.Sadly, it wasn't that great or fulfilling. What they are is nice, friendly, and a Montville area staple for longer than I been alive. So they gotta be doing something right, right?

It's honestly possibly a reason for a trip to Jersey on its own merits. Definitely worth a visit.

Had a medium rare roast beef sub with horseradish Swiss and bacon at the suggestion of a regular best $10 i have spent in a long time. Located behind McDs on 46 west. Happy I sought out a mom and pops local business.

Stopped by for lunch just by chance. What a great little place, very nice service. I was in a hurry, and in a jiffy they made up an extremely delicious grilled chicken sandwich on a very beautiful roll. Will definitely be back often.

Looks can be deceiving in this tiny but flavorful shop. If you're around the neighborhood, stop by!
