The steak was so bland it was like eating little pieces of chewy grizzled. It was gross.First time coming and won't be back. ?Taco Bell is MUCH better or even On the Border. Total disappointment.

So I never eat chipotle but I ordered in the app my food was suppose to be ready at 11:10 I got there at 11:10 the door was opened but I was told they were closed once inside. I told them I I was there for order I got it and it wasnt too much food in the bowl very little of everything even though I was specific about everything and I wanted little rice but got a lot of rice so idk if I would go back.

Was with a group of people coming from a weekend trip and decided to stop and get something to eat before continuing our journey. The staff proceeded to serve everyone without messing up 1 order. Other than waiting for the bathroom I really have nothing to complain about. I do have one question as it is the time of March madness. Are tv's allowed in Chipotle?

I keep trying and trying but have never had a good meal and service is terrible. A few times I didn't even finish my meal. Last time they were out of 2 types of meat at 12:30. Never enough staff. I am done as there are way better options for Mexican not far away.

1st off, it's February and the place felt like it had the cold air on. So you can imagine it was freezing while trying to sit and eat. The staff were very friendly but not paying close attention when preparing our orders. Putting topping on that wasn't asked for and I asked for chicken, and I'm pretty sure that's not the meat I was giving. The meat was also cold like it had been sitting for a while. I was "sick" for two days after eating, if you know what I mean.

In my opinion, chipotle Mexican grill is one of the best fast Mexican foods. This particular branch has improved post covid though still has trouble keeping their unsweetened iced tea filled.
The best place I’ve ever had for a chipotle spot never ever have I gotten treated better they are full of joy and smiles but Jesmarie made sure I was attended very well will come many times

Really noisy for an empty restaurant. Had to repeat my order details 3 separate times and the staff couldn't even hear me. Supposedly out of guac, but served other orders from their online order station on the side.Love Chipotle, but will avoid this location.

I get a ton of Chipotle but this was the worst experience I've ever had. Staff was blasting their own music and couldn't hear us when we walked up to ask where our online order was. Had to repeatedly say my name and wait even though it was dead. paid for guac and it wasn't included. burnt dried out chicken in my bowl and fatty ends in my fiancés. Barely any rice or beans, honestly they were pitiful looking. This place needs a serious audit I wouldn't be surprised if they would fail an inspection.Update: if you ever want to reach out to corporate like they suggest here don't waste your time. They give you a worthless coupon to come in again and spend more money on food instead of refunding you money for subpar food, service or missing items. What a slide back this company has taken. I'll go with pancheros for now on.

This Chipotle location is great. They give you the correct chicken portion unlike other locations. I have tried several times, and they are very consistent. Even though it is a bit farther away than the closest one to me, I am more than happy to drive there to get the amount of food I pay for. I don't know why it is not as busy as the other locations I frequent. I always get my Chipotle from this location now. I had to give it a 5-star review since I was shocked of how good they were. I was about to give up going to Chipotle since they always skimp and recently increased prices. This location is the exact opposite. They are nice, play good music, not too busy, and give you the correct meat portion. I am so glad I discovered it.
