We come to Oriental Pearl for the wonderful people. But the food is also excellent. This is our go-to for no-frills Chinese or Thai food. The Japanese and Vietnamese menu items are also solid choices. Clean and nice to

Located on the main route through Moorestown it was a very nice space to enter and be greeted with wonderful aromas. Started with the Chinese pizza. It was a type of flat pancake with very delicious sesame seeds and scallions. The dipping sauce was and another burst of flavor. The Orange beef was very good. The meat was tender and an explosion of flavor. The ingredients seemed very fresh. The Bean curd with Szechuan sauce was very excellent. The veggies were crisp and the sauce was a good proportion to the rest of the dish. The owners were very friendly and made sure we were taken care of. Also it seemed that many people ordered out from there. When you are in Moorestown, be sure to stop by.

Frequent customer however that may change after today’s service. The man who answered the phone was rude and obviously there is unreliable information being provided by certain employees. Previously purchased a shrimp lunch special a few weeks ago however, when attempting to order again today I was told they do not offer it. How can you not accommodate general sauce on shrimp but you offer other shrimp lunch options such as teriyaki and kung pao. Loss of business for them today since they could not accommodate the request for shrimp instead of chicken or even offer an additional charge to do so, saying I have to purchase the whole entree which is a significant amount more. Would expect a restaurant to accommodate meal restrictions in 2023.

Wow wow wow, this is the best Asian cuisine I have had outside of Beijing China. How is thus place in Moorestown? The comments about it being overpriced are silly, maybe it's the huge portions? Just great and fast too. I can say more positive things about this place. I even had the Japanese tofu and hadn't expected much, but it was delicious. Try this place, you won't be sorry.

Ok, I admit it, I am biased. This is a GREAT Asian restaurant in my town. Anything you get on their menu will be very good. The Pad Thai is excellent.Excellent service, very reasonably priced. I ate with DW and it was under 50 with the tip. Right now, value for price paid really matters and Oriental Pearl delivers. You will not go wrong eating there. Parking is on the street (no biggie, open spots all the time) and a municipal lot is literally a 3 minute walk.Oh, it is BYOB. So buy your beverage beforehand.Parking: On the street parking, there are always open spots on Main Street. Municipal lot is 3 minute walk (Yeah, I timed it, lol).

The service was great the atmosphere was kind of dingy and old but clean I ordered appetizers only shrimp toast Vietnamese pork spring rolls fried dumplings and beef sticks the beef sticks were the only savior out of the bunch all the food was still hot when I got home the dipping sauces were salty all the appetizers were BLAND except the beef sticks they were surprisingly tender and tasty no sauce needed I've never in my life come across BLAND Asian/Vietnamese food I've passed this place lots of times before today I just don't see myself going back there

From Chadds Ford, PA, had lunch here today, was in the area for a flea market. We had lunch specials, cashew chicken and pork and garlic sauce. Price was great. Server was kind, friendly and quick. Owner was friendly and spoke to us a few times. We felt very welcomed. Excellent! An hour from us but definitely on our list to return to!

I've given this place many "second chances" but I think now we're done. We loved the original in Haddonfield, and were happy when they opened a store in Moorestown. They never seemed to be quite as good as the original, but the food was passable - basically Chinese food for Americans with children. Before the Covid lockdowns they were already less than stellar but acceptable, even though the takeout orders were frequently missing items requiring a return trip. During the lockdown the food became very skimpy for the price, but quality was actually a little better which kept us returning. Since the return to "normalcy" the food has become worse and worse. The last 3 times we ordered we were disappointed. This 4th time was the last we'll give them our business. One of us always gets Gen'l Tso's chicken. The chicken was very dry (re-heated?) and the sauce was very sweet with almost no heat. OK. No heat, tbh. To be safe I just ordered chicken wings. I mean, what Chinese restaurant doesn't have good chicken wings? I'll tell you which one - it's Oriental Pearl. The wings were very small, and burnt. Edible, but just. The Beef Teriyaki was tasty, but if there was even 2.5 oz. of meat I'd be surprised. Almost no veggies, a lot of sauce. The worst dish of all was the fried rice. It was disgusting - tasted like rotten meat. After we each tried a bite we threw the rest away, The fortune cookies were nice and crispy, so yay. We will not be ordering from Oriental Pearl again.

First time going to this restaurant and I enjoyed the food and the service. I ordered pork lemongrass grilled with fried vegetable rice. I would definitely go back again.

Had takeout. Egg rolls were nothing but cabbage -- little flavor. Hot and sour soup was just ok. Shrimp with lobster sauce was VERY thin and salty. Chicken with cashews was not very tasty and sauce was very thin. Overall not great food.
