Could not believe how rudely I was spoken to by the male employee slicing the meat while ordering a simple sandwich with no one else in line. Will not be returning to this location ever again. Employer should require customer service training for all employees.“

“First of all the food here is absolutely fantastic. As a huge pickle fan, having a pickle restaurant not that far from home is awesome. Second, the professionalism and friendliness of the staff absolutely blows me away. I made an online order on Friday 4/26 and I tried to schedule it for 6:30pm delivery . However when I submitted the order it said it would be ready and delivered around 2:10-2:30. I called the restaurant to see if it was possible to change the delivery time as I was still at work and not going to be home when the delivery would come, however, I was informed that because they do third-party delivery through DoorDash that I would have to contact DoorDash, which I was fine with completely understandable. However, I had to get back to work and did not have time to contact DoorDash myself later on in the afternoon, I received a call from the restaurant stating that they were fighting with DoorDash for me and they were going to refund my order as you know it’s really unfortunate when food sits out for however many hours and they’d really like me to give them another chance. I just thought it was so professional and so friendly they went out of their way to correct something that wasn’t even their fault, I would go here again and again and again 1000 times over just for the staff that’s how amazing they are.“

“I just happened to be here for work reasons. I noticed the level of attention towards customers. Immediately greeting all who walk in the door. Very personable. Each interaction seemed like an old friend visiting. I was fortunate enough to try the cheese steak. Why this wasn't on a top 10 list for best cheese steak in South Jersey is beyond me but they surely have my vote. If anybody asks me where to get a good cheese steak you know my answer.“

“This is hands down the best Jersey Mike's in a 30 mile radius. The staff is always so welcoming and genuinely happy to say hello. The only reason I do not give 5 stars, is jersey mikes as a corporation needs to put the wax paper or even foil over the cheesesteaks so that when you get home in under 10 mins your bread and paper are not being new best friends. The soggyness of the paper when getting a cheesesteak is not fun at all. It is almost 20 dollars for a half and a drink, for the sake of all of your fans please fix that! ??“

Our sandwich came right out soon after ordering. They were nice enough to cut it in half for us. It came out piping hot. Soooooo good. The shave of the meat was just right. The sharp provolone gives it some extra flavor. The full size was a perfect size to share. Then we got the pizza fries. They were good, but the fries could have been cooked a little longer. They had that rawish potato texture/taste. There was a ton of sauce and cheese along with some chopped up garlic. Bonus was they had Pennsylvania Dutch Birch Beer in a can. It just hit the spot. Prices are reasonable and staff are very friendly. Great place to grab a sandwich.“

“I tried Jersey Mike's a long time ago down the shore and wasn't super impressed. I just went to a local one today and got an Italian Original medium. Friendly people, the sandwich maker even asked a customer that was leaving how they liked the food and to please come back.Man the Italian I had was really tastey, whatever oil and vinegar they used really took it up a notch, and the packed meat on that sucker. I got the rosemary parm bread which was excellent.I'll be coming back“
