I love Kung Fu Tea, but this location is not the best. They tend to be understaffed when it matters the most and I feel bad for the employees. Because of this, service is relatively slow, so it's important to only visit when you are not in a rush. Employees are hit or miss. Not friendly, but helpful. I personally do not care whether employees are friendly to me as long as they are not rude, so this is not an issue for me, though it might be for some. There is a good amount of seating and a bathroom for patrons.
Came for the tea, but I keep coming back for the coffee.

This particular KungFu Tea is exceptional. The place is completely spotless, well designed and the staff is efficient and very personable. I'm a frequent customer and they never disappoint. The Boba is always fresh, soft and their drinks are top notch.
