I visited Ai-Sakae with a friend for dinner on a weeknight after confirming that the restaurant can do gluten-free rolls. They have gluten-free sauce available, which is always a plus! As for the rolls, I enjoyed all of my order minus the seaweed salad roll. I thought it could have been fresher or maybe it just doesn't work well as a roll. The service was excellent from start to finish, we felt attended to. The seating is a bit close, but it wasn't bad at all during our visit. I noticed that other diners had more complex orders than we did, but the plating looked beautiful. This is a perfect spot for a date night or dining with friends when you want to kick back.

Decent overall. Good choice to go for an office lunch.

We ordered Chinese takeout. Not a fan of sushi. It was ready on time. Tasted good but a little too spicy for me.

Great place for a quick dinner. No Liquor license so keep that in mind , but dont let it stop you.

We love the people and the food here. We are regulars, ordering either Sushi or Chinese or Thai food weekly. They do it all equally well.

My recent visit to Ai-Sakae Sushi & Asian Cuisine left me thoroughly impressed with their delicious offerings and friendly service. Despite opting for takeout, I couldn't help but appreciate the inviting atmosphere and swift service of the restaurant. I ordered the Maki Combo and a refreshing mango bubble tea, and both exceeded my expectations in terms of taste and quality. The sushi rolls were prepared, with a flavorful combinations that left me craving for more. The mango bubble tea was the perfect accompaniment, offering a sweet and refreshing beverage to complement the savory flavors of the sushi. Whether you're dining in or grabbing takeout, you can expect delicious food, friendly service, and a welcoming atmosphere. I look forward to returning to explore more of their menu offerings in the future.

The best sushi in Morris County. Based on taste, freshness, and creativity. The chirashi rice is done perfectly and is deliciously seasoned. The fish is cut well and super fresh. The special rolls are great - especially the leprechaun roll.

This place is the most enjoyable and beautiful place I have ever been to, not only is the place beautiful, but the bathrooms are so clean and comfortable, the air was clean and so were the toilets! The food was so good I was literally stuffing the sushi in my mouth, it was done so quick that I couldn't even notice it was all gone, and the service was quick and easy, did I mention that as soon as I ordered it was already there, not only that but the toothpicks came in a little machine that you had to turn and honestly it was pretty fun. there was a little wishing well. It was fun to flip a coin. I hope their business has the best success in their lifetime. - Scarlett (8 years old)

My husband and I are a bit picky about where we get our sushi from, but this place is continually high quality and we've never had a complaint with our orders! Their avocado bomb is amazing and I always get the love roll.

Did lunch takeout from this place. Never have had sushi this bad. Fish was weirdly liquidy(old?) And we got bones in our salmon and eel rolls... the rainbow roll was ok I guess.Too many decent sushi places within a 5 minute drive to go here again. Dissapointed

Last time I was here, was about a few months ago when I invited my college friends. We’ve been busy with our lives that we never get to see each other, so we made it a point to all meet up since we all wanted different cuisine. Luckily this restaurant offers all 3 different cuisine. There was 5 of us and the staffs was very accommodating since we came on a weekday and we set right away. We started with some appetizers like the baked mussels, tempura oysters. Then we had order a few rolls, like the Neal roll, Jessica roll, tango mango roll, my favorite. Ask for their sushi roll bible! then we order a few dishes to share. The pad Thai was on point. We also had the general Tso chicken and Thai curry which is spicy and flavorful. The waiter introduced to us their signature dish that’s named after the store itself, ai Sakae beef, of course we had to try it . We were all so full that we all had so much leftovers. they also had so much desserts from mochi, gelato to fried ice cream and boba teas. ??which we declined since we were full.

Our first time and certainly not our last! Absolutely delicious food choices, especially the specialty sushi rolls. Lovely, attentive service with a warm and inviting atmosphere. We enjoyed our food so much that we placed a few more orders to go. This is easily now one of our go-to’s for quality casual dining.
