Absolutely awful and will not be going back. Chicken had a odd texture and was still very pink. When we wanted a refund they haggled with us and tried to comp and less expensive item we ordered. (A total of $3 difference.) Then there was **hair in my food!!***No. Just no. They have lost our business.

Food is mediocre. Old Pad Thai is tasty. Others can be even better. Family didn’t enjoy much eating here. Servicing can be improved. Had to wait too long just to get the check, so went up to the counter and paid it.

We ordered Thai beef with basil and a basil fried rice. Entrees came...no basil. Chef said he had "run out" but made dish without basil and served it anyway. Food is horrible. Save your money and find another Thai restaurant. Will never be back!!!!

I had a great experience trying Thai food for the second time. The staff was helpful in guiding us through the menu, assisting with dish selection, and even providing vegetarian alternatives. The food was delicious.

Disappointed at how much smaller the portions are now that they use a smaller container. Always rated this place highly but don't see it as value for money anymore. They used to give more sauce also so now the food is quite dry. And the rice portion keeps getting smaller. This is our first order for 2024 so it must be something new. Will need to find an alternative if this is the way going forward. Such a pity as this was my "go to" place for Thai ?

I love Thai food and I've been to many Thai restaurants, I'd have to say food served at Up Thai is too sweet. I went there with a friend for lunch and we both felt the same way. I only ate 1/4 of my Pad Thai b/c it's too sweet. Sorry.

These guys are tucked away in the corner of what i guess could be called a strip mall but dont let that dissuade you- their food AND their service is always impressive. These guys are ON POINT.

They used to know their food. not sure what happened to this restaurant since Covid they took a nosedive in to bland town. Their food has lost its authentic Thai flavors. They managed to take Thai food into bad Chinese takeout zone. That is saying something!!

The Red Curry and the Panang Curry were delicious. The spring rolls were also very good. I was the rice was the actually sticky rice.

P. S.

$15.95 for their lunch special is an absolute joke. Small portions, and the curry was just splashed all over the side of rice. When you order make sure to get the normalPortions so they separate the curry fromThe rice like every other Thai restaurant on the planet.
