The service was great and the atmosphere(except the TVs) was fine as well. We ordered steamed veg gyoza which was very good. Then we ordered lunch specials with Thai Green Curry and Malay Red Curry veg with Tofu. Both came with soup, and the Miso soup was sub par, but the hot & sour soup(which was vegetarian) was better than average. However, the most disappointing part were the entrees. Both the curries tasted like they were made with curry paste from grocery store and had too much salt. II wanted to walk away and eat at another place, but ended up eating there to not waste food. The vegetables were very fresh, but the sauce and fried tofu were very disappointing.I would not come back to this place.

I had a great meal here for new year's eve! I had chicken pad Thai and a salmon avocado roll, which really hit the spot. This is a good sushi spot. My boyfriend got the sushi dinner. The staff here is always good. I saw a girl drop her chopsticks and a server immediately walked up with a new pair. I don't know why, but we can always get a table fairly easily. I will of course be returning:)

It seems to be a Chinese, not Japanese owned restaurant (even though the name is Japanese). Had a ramen, but it was tasteless. Service was "okey".

My wife and I were posted up in Morristown hospital recovering from the birth of our first child. The hospital food is so bad and we decided to order take out from Aikou for our last night in recovery. We ordered the Pad Thai Chicken (outstanding), Pork Gyoza (outstanding), Basil Thai Chicken (wife said it was good, not great, but she has very high standards), and the Scallion Pancakes (good, not great). The soy sauce had a tangy twang to it and I just wanted to drink it. This was a very special treat for us, and we excited to go sit down in the restaurant next time.

We always go Aikou when in Morristown and often go to Morristown just to eat at Aikou. Anything on the menu is delicious and prepared beautifully. You should definitely check this place out.

Good service, but the food is a bit pricy for the quality. Overall nice atmosphere though.

We ordered rock shrimp, carnation, angel and dynamite rolls. The rock shrimp portion was small but they were crispy and the spicy mayo had a decent kick to it. The angel roll had very crispy shrimp so that was a plus. The carnation was pretty good. Dynamite was kind of bland. I feel like the quality of fish they use is good but the rolls just fell flat for some reason. Fried ice cream was good but ice cream itself was small.

Ordered takeout. Food was mostly mediocre. Sesame chicken was good. Arrive quickly though.

So disappointed with their delivery service. They were 30 minutes over the time they quoted when I called to see where the food was, they claimed the delivery guy called me several times but no answer. I didn’t have a single missed call and when they went back to check what number they called it was incorrect because the delivery guy assumed I had a different area code even though it was correctly stated on my order. Needless to say, they need to spend more attention to detail.

The TV in the dining area is my most distinct dislike about my dining experience. I go out to eat at a restaurant to talk with my table mates, not to have a giant, looming tv flashing at me. It's not a sports bar, so... Why the TV Aikou?Like most Asian "fusion" places, the menu includes a smattering of dishes from across east Asia, none of them done particularly well. Our spicy edamame were really stale and over-cooked/previously-frozen tasting, though the serving size was generous. My chow fun was bland and lifeless, and the presentation looked like it had just been slopped from the pan with no considering that it was going to the table of a paying guest. My friend did have a lovely looking piece of sea bass , and they are every bit and enjoyed it.There was also sushi at the table that isn't worth mentioning. It was fine if you get most of your sushi at the grocery store normally.Service was aggressive and then basically absent. Not worth the time or money to dine at Aikou in my opinion.

Here's the deal : It's a nice BYOB! Has great sushi roles and appetizers! Parking is tough. But the lot in the back of restaurant helps!

Ordered for the first time. The order was delivered correctly, however the portions were so small for a party of 6. Some things were good, some not worth it. I definitely don't think the portions were worth how much $$ it was.
