Absolutely fantastic culinary experience. Each dish is a work of art and tastes amazing. I highly recommend the Canadian elk medallions. Not a cheap place but definitely worth it. Conveniently located across from the Hyatt so you can park underground there.Parking: Better to park at the Hyatt across the street.

I ordered the shrimp and scallop jumbalya and crab stuffed mushrooms unfortunately the shrimp, scallops and crabs had an unusual fishy taste so I couldn't eat it.. I contacted the restaurant to let them know the food had a fishy taste but since no one answered the phone I left a detailed message and requested the manager to give me a call back. Manager never called me back... I was very disappointed, because of the reviews I expected the food and the service to be much better and professional.

Client business lunch was a great overall experience, just remember it is BYOB. Wait staff super attentive but lunch crowd is very minimal. Appetizers and main courses were extremely flavorful and authentic. At the end of our meal on the way out we met Chef Fredy. Highly recommend for business lunch or dinner.

Excellent creative food, attentive but not obtrusive service and very pleasant ambiance. Definitely a cut above the other restaurants in the area. Absolutely will return again. BYOB makes it a fantastic value as well.

Always great. I feel this place should be more famous since the food and service are so great. They do a great business so it's not like people don't know about them but I feel everyone should be talking about them.

My wife & I both got steaks and both were not cooked to our liking. I asked for medium rare, got rare. My wife asked for medium got well done. Did not send them back & still were good but just wanted it cooked to our liking.

Great gem of a restaurant in Morristown. The menu has a great variety of staples and eclectic items - whatever your food preferences are, you will find something tasty and interesting here. There is a large menu, a big specials menu, and even another unwritten menu with more specials. The hardest part is the break was deciding which options to try.Service is excellent - multiple servers poured attention over us without over doing it.If you go be sure to leave room for dessert. We plan to return soon.Vegetarian options: Good variety of vegetables, cheese, carbs and protein. You won't be stuck ordering pasta here as they have many options to choose from

Incredible range of dishes on the menu , appetizers and mains were delicious . Service was attentive . Very loud but the restaurant had lots of positive energy on a Saturday night .

The food and service here are top notch. I love the selection of really great seafood. The noise level is a little loud, but you can still talk to the person next to you. I will definitely come again.

What can I say....Chef Fredy's never disappoints! We dined as a party of 4 on a Thursday night. Service was fantastic, and food was outstanding. Bone marrow & escargot appetizer special was delicious, as was the thick cut bacon. My brother-in-law had an appetizer portion of their famous jambalaya and it was big enough to be a main course. He said it was one of the best jambalayas he's ever had. The prime NY Strip is always my favorite and cooked to perfection. My sister thoroughly enjoyed her bison filet wrapped in wild boar bacon, and the seafood trilogy was a work of art on a plate and cooked perfectly. We ended the meal with our favorite tropical fruit bread pudding which is always sinfully delicious. Chef Fredy's is always an absolute joy to dine at and a place we love to come back to again and again.

Great service and interesting menu with a large variety. My husband had the osso bucco which he said was delicious and very generous portion. I had the vegans corner which was great to have a vegetarian choice that wasn't pasta but it could've used more flavor. Dessert was delicious fruiti di bosco made.
