I'm sorry to say the food was not good. The 1st time here I just got a slice of pizza. It was fine. Nothing special, but nothing bad. The back dining room looked really cute & romantic so I thought I'd come back. The next time I got take out. I quickly ordered the balsamic chicken. $24 but I love balsamic chicken so I quickly just made a choice. It came over penne. No cheese, no tomato, no veggies, no garnish, nothing to jazz up a chicken breast like literally every other Italian restaurant. I should have read the menu better, but i didnt. I was dissappointed to just have a chicken breast and penne. When i tried the chicken, it wasnt even good. I added my own mozzarella and put it in the oven. It only marginally improved the 'eh' chicken. So net net: expensive, boring & bland. Not worth it.

We very much enjoyed Enzo’s food and atmosphere, however we felt rushed to leave while at dinner with friends. The restaurant has a lovely setting, and the food was ample portions, cooked perfectly, and classic yet creative Italian fare. However, we overheard a manager pressuring our server to get us to leave to free up the table, which was uncomfortable.Vegetarian options: There were a decent amount of vegetarian options, although more of the menu centers on meat than most Italian restaurants.

Just got home from a very interesting dining experience at Enzo’s. While the food was decent, the service was bizarre. When we arrived, we had to wait for the rest of our party to arrive to be seated (fair) but they asked us to stand behind a curtain, walled off from the restaurant, a little weird but whatever. However the odd service continued, as we were eating our appetizers, they tried several times to clear the plates… as we were actively still eating and still had food left. Same with our main dishes, they came over and essentially took and boxed our leftovers… as we were still eating. For some reason we gave dessert a chance, same experience! They began clearing our plates, dropped the bill off, and essentially forced us to conclude the meal before we were ready. The other couple we were with were going to split the bill, but the manager took the check before we had both put down our cards. I consider myself to be a pretty self aware person, and I genuinely don’t think we overstayed our welcome. From where we sat, we could see our waitress, the hostess, and (I presume) a manager plotting to get us up from the table. Perhaps they over promised on reservations for the night, but for a bill that ended up being over $300 for 4 people, I would like to not be rushed through my meal! Food was good enough to make a return trip, but would not come back after the rush job dinner service we experienced.

We have been ordering pies from Enzo's. Nice and thin and crispy. Can't go wrong with their plain or white with spinach.

I've been here twice before and had a really good experience both times. Both times I sat in the smaller front section and not the formal dining room in the back. The service was great, and they went out of the way to accommodate a couple of high maintenance eaters. The food was also great. I have eaten the arugula avocado salad with grilled chicken which was delicious and fresh. Also the vegetarian pizza and the Enzo pizza were both excellent... nice thin crust without being floppy, not greasy, and the perfect about of toppings. My husband had the penne vodka with chicken cutlet and he enjoyed it. I will be back!

As a dentist and business owner I can understand the detail and hard work that the owners of Enzo’s put in to give customers the best dining experience possible. From the atmosphere to the food it was a phenomenal experience. Best food and dining experience I have had in Morristown and I have lived here my whole life.
