ESO Artisanal Pasta exceeded all expectations with their fantastic pasta making class! The owners were incredibly friendly and engaged with the group of teens, making the experience not only educational but also enjoyable. They arrived on time, cleaned up after the class, and ensured everything ran smoothly. The food was absolutely delicious, and the pasta-making class was incredibly fun for everyone involved. Highly recommend ESO Artisanal Pasta for a top-notch culinary experience and looking forward to the opening of their new restaurant this summer!

What to say!!!! They were absolutely amazing. My husband and I enjoyed AJ and Kristina so much. The pasta making course was a great date night! Dinner and dessert were top notch delicious. FABULOUS birthday dinner! I just celebrated my birthday by having Chef AJ and Chef Kristina come cook a private dinner for my family and friends. It was mindblowing! The food was of course out of this world--little gem salad, fresh pasta with cream and corn sauce, NY strips, and a ricotta cake. But the whole experience was what made it even better. They LITERALLY came with everything from table cloths, silverware, plates, glasses, set everything up, cooked the food and then cleaned up! I can't recommend this enough

Was looking for a very fun way to end the year with my family and ESO Artisanal Pasta did not disappoint. AJ and Kristina and their team were terrific, engaging and the dinner was spectacular. There were 15 of us and everyone loved everything - I can't even pick a favorite. Was also totally impressed how they managed two of our guests gluten allergy. One of the best chef private dining experiences we have ever had!

The fine Chefs of Esso came to our home and presented us with an exceptional 6 course menu as celebration we were having. They paired the wine with each course, brought ALL the materials, table setting, served us and then they CLEANED UP! This was a completely delightful and stress free Special Event. Their food, both cooked in person, as well as the pasta & sauces they ship, are AMAZING! Plus, they are genuine people who love what they do. I highly recommend either hiring them for your next special event, finding one of their specialty dinners or ordering from their website. You will NOT regret it!

We has ESO cater our son's first birthday party. They were so easy to work with and the food was delicious! Our friends and family couldn't decide what was better- the Sicilian Fried Chicken, Sliders, or the Mac and Cheese! I will most definitely be using them again.

We had Kristina and AJ come to our house for a pasta making class with 3 other couples. Everyone had such a good time plus we learned some new skills and made delicious cavatelli . Highly recommend. They were professional, yet friendly and fun . Kristina made a yummy blueberry panne cotta for dessert.

We hired ESO to cater our office party and it exceeded every possible expectation. From the professionalism & preparedness of arriving with everything needed to prepare and serve the food (as well as leaving the kitchen spotless afterwards) to the incredible service, attention to detail, and care for those with food allergies - it was an out-of-this-world dining experience. We chose a 4-course family style menu and the menu selected by ESO was unique and one of the most delicious meals any of us have had. Every course had plenty of food for everyone ( and then-some) and for the 1 person in our group with a gluten allergy they provided a customized version of every course, served individually to them and that care and flexibility is rare and so appreciated. We could not recommend ESO more! Thank you Kristina and AJ!

A little difficult to find but the pasta was delicious. I haven't purchased fresh past in a while so I had a bit of a sticker shock! Unfortunately I will be using only for special occasions, as it is more then I like to spend.

This storefront sells pasta and sauces that are legit! As someone who grew up in Morristown, in an Italian American family, I have had my share of amazing Italian food. Including several trips to Italy. The fresh pasta at ESO is perfection! While I no longer live in Morristown, a friend sent me the Mafaldine al Pesto kit as a gift. It arrived in a styrofoam cooler with ice packs, inside a box. It looked daunting at first, but I appreciated the care they put into the packing to ensure that everything arrived chilled and not damaged. The kit consisted of two 1 pound bags of Mafaldine pasta, four containers of pesto and a container of parmigiana reggiano .Mafaldine is a long, flat, pasta, about one inch wide and 18 inches long! The entire length has a ruffle edge on each side, like lasagna, to capture the delicious sauce. Inside each one pound bag are four "nests", each a 4 oz portion. The pesto was the absolute best I've ever had! Clearly ESO uses high quality olive oil, pine nuts, basil and parmigiana reggiano as you can taste the difference. The pasta simple to make and takes just a few minutes to have excellent restaurant quality pasta at home Boil the water, add salt, cook pasta for two minutes, drain and reserve pasta water. Into the same pot, use one container of pesto plus a half cup of pasta water for one pound of pasta. Add pasta into mixture, toss frequently for one minute, done! Top with cheese. Sublime!I made half a pound and froze the other portion plus the other containers of pesto and pound of pasta for future meals. The pesto tastes great in scrambled eggs, on a pizza, as a spread for a turkey sandwich, added to red sauce, as a dip for bread - it's for more than just for pasta. I'll definitely be buying more items to sample and plan on stopping by the shop when I'm back in NJ. I'd love to take a pasta making class and attend a pop-up dinner. ESO is next level!

We booked the ESO team for a private dinner at our house for six people for my husband’s birthday. The food was outstanding, the service was top notch and the kitchen was immaculate when they left. I highly recommend using them to make any occasion special.
