The name is deceiving, never been here from Texas. Been wanting to try it for 3 years but will not return. Rude service, waiter/ waitresses sitting around eating when cleaning could obviously be done. Since we were not explained how ordering was done/ we ordered at front window accidently and were treated like if we were not even present. No hello.. how are you? nothing. Asked for our drinks and was barked back " you ordered to go !" By a waitress and front cashier. If I could leave no stars I would.

My husband and I went we both got shakes flavor was amazing. Everything was really good we got in and out very busy establishment. Customer service was amazing.

This Friendly’s location wasn’t that great. I’ve been a lifelong Friendly’s fan but the grilled cheese wasn’t hot and poorly cooked. The service was poor (gave us wrong items multiple times). Ice cream is still good though so just get that.
Came in here for a quick bite. Service was great! The waiters were friendly and attentive. Gave me nostalgia for when I used to get ice cream sundaes as a kid!

Marki was our server and he was FANTASTIC! Friendly, interactive with the kids, remembered little details like which kid liked which color straw. Kids loved getting to make all their choices on the kids menu. A great value for a family and if Marki is your server, a hit! Really was a FRIENDLY experience!
