Pros: Great and prompt service, trendy vibe, walkable.Cons: My dining partner and I really weren't wowed by the food :( . Pretty normal stuff. No conspicuous signage that it's cash only and BYOB. All their to-go packaging is stacked next to the bathrooms...

We had dinner here about two weeks ago and everything was great ! Unfortunately, our visit last night was awful. I had the chicken Milanese and the chicken cutlet was like rubber. The waiter asked if I’d like another dish or something else . I had the pork chop Milanese instead because I was afraid to try the chicken again. The pork chop replacement was very good but to our surprise we were charged the difference in price. We do not think that was good business etiquette especially when you have to send an dish back and wait for a replacement dinner Also, we ordered mussels which we thought were very good, however there were pieces of spaghetti strands in the dish. Really not sure how that can happen and did not ask. I had the lemon cake which was very good but a tiny slice for $10. My husband had the cheesecake which was also a tiny slice and he could taste the freezer burn.We didn’t dispute anything but the dinner because we generally do not complain or write reviews but the level of dissatisfaction was to great.

Excellent local Italian that is a true delight. Everything ordered to date has been exceptional from regular menu items to specials. Chicken and Veal dishes are amazing. The Mozzarella Carrozza appetizer is uniquely served with piccata sauce that is fantastic. The meatballs are top notch as is their sauce. Service is professional and attentive. They care that each diner is pleased. Note: it's basically cash only (venmo ok) but it's worth it.

This was my first time coming to Guerriero’s and it was absolutely amazing! The atmosphere was festive with holiday decor and the service was exceptional as they provided wonderful recommendations (with healthy portions) throughout each course! If you are in Morristown for a show, a graduation or holiday party, or just want food made with love, Guerriero’s is the perfect place!

Guerrieros is hands down the best Italian food in the area. Everything tastes fresh and delicious and their specials are always home runs. Service and ambiance are top notch as well. Leigh and her staff go above and beyond to provide the best experience for anyone dining out in Morristown. Would give 10 stars if I could!

I am from Charleston and visited Guerrero ‘s 10 years ago. It was excellent then although it was in much smaller space then. My family and I went there after the Delbarton homecoming reunions on Saturday. We had hoped to see Jack, because he is a classmate from Delbarton many years ago, however Jack was not there Saturday night. The food was excellent. My daughter said she had the best cheese ravioli she has ever had, except maybe some I had cooked. I had excellent veal marsala. My son had a huge shrimp and tomato sauce and pasta. He said the shrimp was excellent. We come from Charleston, but we can get shrimp right off the boat, This matched what we were could get at home. The service was excellent, and the prices were more than fair. We had just come from New York City, and ate at several Italian restaurants there and nothing could compare to Guerriero’s for the price, quality or service. Great job, Jack and Leigh.

I took my wife there for our anniversary and made sure to leave that fact when I booked the reservation. The service was slow and inattentive. Had to flag someone down to pay the bill. No credit cards accepted here. And no anniversary special acknowledgement. The food was average at best. The eggplant parm, we particularly mushy and uninspired. I was really hoping for more flavor and a special take on the classics but they did not even come up to the bar of my local pizzeria. The dip they serve with the bread was quite good, with roasted garlic, olive oil and parmesan. We split the house salad which was $14.00. Not special and not generous.
