We order from here a lot for meetings, etc. at work Never had a problem before. Always it through door dash. However, lately - the salads with chicken - the chicken has been under cooked or not cooked at all. You can't get in touch with them via phone to tell them and going there with the item is not an option as we order these for work meetings. So - we have to go through door dash, put in the issue and get a refund. Then someone is out a lunch. Other than the chicken being under cooked or not cooked - the food is awesome. I'm giving 2 stars for service because it's hard to rate service when you never actually deal with them.

I ate sandwich from you guys like 4 times I went yesterday for one and now I’m food poisoned. I went there to pick up.. around 4:30 pm and it’s 1 am I didn’t eat anything else … never happened to me. Your food is good but please make sure about sanitation is always controlled I saw someone using her phone yesterday and then going back to the food serving. …. Not mask wearing ..

Again, I feel like a valued customer.Thank you. ?The food is excellent. Only been to Millburn & Morristown locations. Would I recommend it, absolutely!BUT, arrived at 11:31 for an 11:45 p/u.Told that they are working on it and will be ready shortly. I received my order at 12:10, 12:10! If you want to cater to doordash orders, then DON'T take online orders. 5 more minutes and I was canceling my order. I was late to my next appointment and almost forced to cancel. Not acceptable! Will seriously reconsider next order.

Older female associate taking care of customers should pay more attention to the order she takes and not completely blowing the order and then blame the customer for saying that’s what you ordered. Been going to the Millburn location. For 40+ years never an issue but in Morristown they can’t handle the order and then say that’s what you ordered never again.
I visited this joint about 3 weeks ago. Tipical (for this area) . The food is mehh. The store itself is nothing to write home about. Prices are Morris County-tastic aka expensive as hell. The people there were ok, but in my opinion also felt a little pretentious. I got the buffalo big bird, asked for no lettuce...got a look from the counter person for that. For almost $16 with tax would have expected a little better, the chicken was a bit chewy. They seem to think that they somehow reinvented the sandwich itself. (lol) ok.

I got the godfadda sandwich and it was pretty solid all around Probably a lot better when you eat it there because it was a little soggy but overall delicious in taste
