The quality has declined SIGNIFICANTLY since the new owners took over. I have been going here for years and the bagels used to be amazing. Now they are mediocre at best, and with much higher prices.

Seems like the kind of place that may have been good at one time but has gone downhill. Food was stale and average, service was subpar. Atmosphere felt very run down. There are plenty of better bagel/deli places in Morristown.

I have been ordering from this deli at least once a week with my coworkers and we had no issues until now. The wraps used to come with macaroni salad and pickles, now they throw the wraps in aluminum foil, barely covering it, in a brown bags. The woman on the phone told us that we had to order the macaroni salad separately, which is fine but it was not stated on the menu. Two of our wrap orders were incorrect, they added bacon to a chicken cesar wrap and a chicken salad wrap, nowhere on the menu does it say it comes with bacon. We brought these concerns up to the woman on the phone and she was very rude and argued with us instead of providing a solution. Perhaps there’s a change in management? Regardless, my company won’t be ordering from this establishment again.

The bagels are fine. I came today to get a dozen bagels and asked for eight of them to be whole wheat everything. The woman at the counter checked to confirm there were eight because she said it was the most ordered bagel. I checked the bag after driving an hour to my parents house (who asked me to get the bagels) and one was whole wheat everything and the others were regular. I don't appreciate being lied to.

Went in to pick up an order that was prepaid and I was standing at the front payment area wearing a hi vis vest. I made full eye contact with the lady there 4 times, she didn't address me and instead chit chatted with another customer and called 3 people before me. I'm about as conspicuous as can be, I KNOW you saw me. Don't treat me like the invisible man. I get you guys are busy but you can at least talk to me

I called to place an order to be informed that the hours posted on google were wrong. When I tried to tell the employee that google had their hours listed wrong, and maybe it was worth looking into, he hung up on me. I’ve called back 5 times and they now won’t answer my number. Very weird.
Absolutely phenomenal breakfast burrito. I got the SW one and they did not shy on ingredients. I also got a sesame bagel with veggie cream cheese and it's one of the best I've ever had. I really judge a place based on their cream cheese and this was neither runny or hard like some places and the bagel had the perfect amount of sesame seeds on it. So good!!!

The pictures are misleading. I saw all those big nice-looking sandwiches with 4 or 5pieces of pork roll. So I ordered a pork roll egg cheese on everything bagel, don't get me wrong, it was good, and I highly enjoyed it. Plus, it was a short wait. But disappointment of getting like 1 piece of pork roll on that 10 dollar sandwich.

I was in town for a wedding, ordered DoorDash the morning of the wedding for the groom and grooms men. Didn’t get the correct order. But I let it slide.I ordered from them again the morning after to give them another chance but then the entire order was wrong.You’re probably better off going to this place in person than ordering on DoorDash.If you’re looking to order a breakfast sandwich on DoorDash try a different bagel spot.They did offer to fix the problem but would require me to go to their location which is very inconvenient.
