My boyfriend and I have been to many restaurants in Morristown, but Orale is definitely our new favorite. With dinner we tried the Blood Orange Margarita, and the Cosmopolitan, both drinks we highly recommend. We started with the Pork Belly Guacamole, Pulpo, and Flautas de Pollo. All were truly amazing and exciting. As mains, we had the wood grilled carne asada and the Ribeye Plancha. The meat in both dishes was so tender and perfectly buttery. Lastly for dessert we shared the Flan, Tres Leches and an espresso martini. The flan is the true highlight of the night. It is truly so delicate and delicious. It is a MUST TRY. Fausto was our server and was super attentive, kind and very welcoming We genuinely could not love and recommend this restaurant more. Incredible and absolutely one of the best restaurant in the Morristown area.

Great food and gorgeous decor but very bad service. Staff is rude and unfriendly servers and managers seem to not care about patrons. Manager at the front desk didn’t welcome patrons as they came in just asked how many, then moved towards tables without asking follow me please or saying anything no communication at all. Asked for the specials and all I got was we don’t have any. Went in to the app and there were some specials for St. Patrick’s day, again overall the staff will be the demise of this unique and tasty restaurant. They all need more training in customer experience.

I came here with a group for a work dinner with a fixed menu and overall the food was very good and the service too. Most of the people who ordered cocktails seemed to like them; I stuck with beer and was a bit disappointed that they didn’t have Pacifico.The guacamole was very good and the tuna tacos were too. I didn’t love the duck tacos. I’ll probably come back for a normal dinner without a fixed menu to give it another try.

Overpriced mediocre food and incompetent staff. Taco Tuesday deal only applies to a few select tacos and when you pay in cash. Restaurant wouldn't allow my friend & I to pay separately, so that at least one of us could get the deal. Recommended guac and tacos were not good. You can find better in the area.

I sat at the bar for 20 mins with a empty glass and waiting to order food as multiple bartenders walked passed me.. checked on the people next to me yet no one asked me if i needed anything. There’s one bartender (bald head) that’s usually helpful. However he stepped away… and left the lacking ones. I can only assume it’s my nationality as everyone else at the bar got checked on and got help as soon as they sat down. I said i no longer wanted my food which was a disappointment because i loooed forward to it. However guess I’ll continue to drive all the way to JC instead of the location 15 mins from me. And I’ve been to this location many of times. Probably won’t return .. since i wanted dinner and drinks yet left with only eating fries not to mention didn’t even get asked if i needed a to go container! SMH

Rarely have I written a review. However this deserved one. First, entering one walks across stones with deceased individuals, not the most inviting entry. Then inside we were told that we would be ejected if we overstayed our meal. Then seated the light was useless, we all used cell phones to read the menu. Next, the menu was a list of food combinations that seem rather discordant. Then the food I got was inedible. Mashed fish, I assume, fried, with a small dash of red cabbage. The texture was abominable and the flavor horrible. We managed to leave before ejection time. The total price was high, service marginal, food atrocious. Finally it is a rather customer unfriendly place. Never to return!
