The day we went was our first time and I will not return because the service was not the best, not because of the waiter in part but because of the person who receives the money looks at the people with disdain, the person who is taking the orders on the phone he thinks he is in a tavern and instead of turning down music on the television that everyone is not in good taste, he turned it up more, I was there for 35 minutes on the recommendation of a good Colombian chicken and a good family atmosphere but it is noticeable that in that moment the owner was not there and everyone does what they want and serves how they want and the truth is the woman at the cashier forgets that the best thing about a restaurant is not only the food but a very important part is your attention, the food It's good but the rest overshadows the rest.I hope it was just a bad day for these people and I was on the wrong day.

I ordered half a chicken with two pork rinds, they gave me some cold pork rinds, the additional chicken, Mrs. K served with a horrible attitude, my daughter, who just arrived from the navy, did not eat any food in the way they served her and the food seemed like it was from a cold refrigerator.

Pollo Pucalor is pure fire. The prices are super affordable and the food is packed with flavor. Love love love their chicken. It is friggin amazing. Some of the side dishes could use some more flavor but the chicken is the star of the star. The staff is super friendly and my daughter loves it here.
