We ordered chicken and falafel platter take out from here. The food was good.Only weird thing was that there was no one available at the front desk when i went to take my take out. Only after 20min of waiting there someone came up.

My Greek salad was 90% iceberg lettuce (there was basically one cherry tomato and one cucumber slice) and the dressing was forgotten. I tried contacting the manager multiple times for a refund or a new salad and my concerns were not addressed. numerous emails went unanswered.

Overall the food is good, but I think overpriced. I ordered a salmon bowl and the salmon piece was so tiny. For $16 (an up charge from the other proteins) you would expect a normal piece of salmon. That being said, the bowl was really tasty and filling and I guess I didn't need more salmon, but I was surprised. My guests' gyros and pita sandwiches were good. The sauces are also good!

We brought home two Goat Cheese Salads tonight and they would have been great except the spinach had a considerable amount of old slimy pieces in it. It does not appear anyone is checking or cleaning the greens. Gross!

My wife and I took a half hour drive to Morristown to pick up some paninis and it was well worth it. My wife had the vegetarian panini with goat cheese and I had the Sicilian panini. Both were excellent. There was some cole slaw on the and pickles on the side. Definitely will be going back.

This place has changed a few times since my original review. I think the food is not as good as it was a few years ago.
I am gluten free and they have a lot of options and the food is delicious. I would recommend to anyone that is gluten free.

I just checked, I gave the Hoboken location a bad review 5 years ago and noted that it had gone downhill since around 2012. Well, I figured they would have looked at my eloquently written review from a former elite yelper and revamped their business, so I thought it would be a good idea to give a different location a go. Shocked. They did not care about my review. In fact, they continued to go downhill. You don't need all the details of every food item like I am a reality show judge. It's just bad. Redeeming factor - fries were good. Oh, and prices seemed to have moved up faster than inflation. I don't know, maybe it's a 1 star joint. Realistically it's like 1.6. Yelp should change it's rating system to be more like Uber. But if you find yourself on Ubereats, do not order from Pure Pita no matter what its rating is there.

The food at Pure Pita is very good. In fact, it's amazing. However, the customer service is so bad. Every time I place an order for delivery, something is always wrong. Either we don't get what we ordered, or the driver takes two hours to arrive and the food is cold, or something. Today, after I placed my order it was randomly canceled and I was notified by email. They couldn't even call? Who checks email for a food order status?? They cancelled the order today because their driver called out with an "emergency". I could probably deal with it if it was the first snafu. Sadly, it's always something. Never ordering again.

My friend and I went there two times for take out, and we enjoyed their food. I got the grilled vegetable panini yesterday and it was delicious. Will definitely return especially when everything re-opens.

I had a highly disappointing experience ordering from Pure Pita recently. I really hesitated to give a bad review during these difficult times but I used to love this place and it's really gone downhill to the point where what I ordered was unacceptable. I made my own grilled chicken Mediterranean bowl with hummus (paid extra for the hummus) and they forgot the hummus. It was a $16 bowl and was essentially stale rice, a few tiny pieces of dry chicken, and some wilted cucumbers. Now that I think about it, they either forgot the Feta or there wasn't enough to see it mixed in. It also took over an hour for delivery despite the 30-40 min estimate, and it was a Tuesday night, nothing crazy. I was so shocked they would serve what looked essentially like thrown together leftovers to me for $16. I ended up gathering together stuff from my fridge to enhance it, but I won't be ordering from here again. I give it 2 stars instead of 1 because my boyfriend ordered a seared tuna salad that he said was pretty tasty.
