Our server asked if we'd like Parmesan cheese for our entrees, I said yes, but I had to remind him. And my chicken was on the edge of not being fully cooked, almost sent it back. Portofino's is one of our favorite restaurants in Morristown. The service consistently exceeds our expectations and the food never disappoints. If you have room after your meal to try one of the delicious desserts, I would not pass it up.
Prompt service, good attention to detail, and our meals were both prepared to our liking. We had allocated about 1.5 hours for an early dinner to make a show at the Mayo Theatre. Everything worked out well.

Had our monthly date night here. The food was excellent! A little bit noisy by some boisterous customers but was ok. Staff was busy running around. I would definitely recommend dining here. We will be sure to come back.

We had a wonderful time second time we ate there My husband and I had the veal Parm,house salad,Calamari.and dessert was cheese cake and peanut butter pot.Nothing disappointed Very good!

First time there. Pleasantly surprised. Service was great. Staff was attentive. Food was very good and our table tried a variety of menu items. Will definitely be back and highly recommend.

Overall it was a very good experience. Everyone enjoyed their meal and the service was attentive. My only other comment is the dining room was a little "crowded" and it did get pretty loud.

Linguine with claim sauce was excellent. Switched pasta from spaghetti to rigatoni for Bolognese. Sauce was excellent but rigatoni was overcooked. Definitely not al dente. Overall, it was a pleasant experience.

Portofino's never disappoints. The food is always delicious, staff is friendly, and ambience perfect whether I am there with 4 or 20 people. Great option for dinner before a show at MPAC as it is away from the congestion of the center of Morristown but only a few minutes away.

My wife and I along with another couple dined there . The portions are very nice . They cook entrees to order so that we got the Branzino in oil and garlic as opposed to the menu description. The couple could not finish their entrees and took the balance home . We did not have any room for dessert.
The food was excellent as always. The veal francese and veal parmigiana were extremely well done. The apple crumb cheesecake for dessert was excellent. The service, however, was very slow and a bit sloppy unlike past visits. They never came and asked if my son wanted another soda. The restaurant wasn't full so that was a surprise. It was especially noticable that they took a long time to come back with the change after paying. It shouldn't take 10 minutes to get change.

This is a lovely restaurant with fantastic food! The Interior is cozy, divided into three rooms, which creates quiet ambience. My friend lives in West Orange, I live in Somerville and Portofino is always our meeting spot. It is located off the Morristown busiest part, but still a few blocks away, plenty of parking on the streets, if restaurant's parking is full. I hignly recommend this great restaurant.

Wait staff was super efficient and attentive. Food came out quickly and in a timely fashion. Our reserved table was ready even a few min before it was scheduled. Food was tasty with big portions. This was my 1st time here, will def be going back soon. Highly recommend Portofino's.
It was totally outstanding... from entering the restaurant and being seated to our wonderful server, Rosanne.. the total evening was fantastic! Food was tasty and plentiful.. we were checked on during the evening to ensure our needs were met..highly recommend Portofinos for a wonderful dining experience!
