Was looking to try something new so we ended up here. We looked at the menu before we arrived and it turned out to be different from what we expected. Everything came out to the table really fast so we were very surprised. The french toast was warm, not hot. But it was tasty. The hash browns were not the most attractive item we ordered but they had a great taste as well. The sweet potato waffle fries were also warm, not hot. There were very few people in there so I'm not sure why most of our dishes weren't hot. As for the avocado sandwich, that was hot. However, I asked for very little cheese but it came out packed with cheese. And the guacamole spread had a tart taste that I did not like. I was expecting avocado slices because I was under the impression that it was a sandwich but I believe it was listed under the grilled cheese category on the menu at the restaurant. We ordered chicken wings for the little one but we received chicken tenders. I'm not sure if they are the same thing or they decided to bring out a kids meal. There are no vegan or seafood options here. The food wasn't awful and I witnessed another patron enjoying a huge burger. However, with such a limited menu and food that is not well heated I have no interest in returning.

Excellent burgers, fries, and service. Space is a bit tight, but it's a city location so it's to be expected.Wheelchair accessibility: One level and 2 bathrooms are single and spacious for wheelchair. No grab bars though.

This is a great local restaurant with good-tasting food and a knowledgeable waitstaff. The staff are trained not only in the details of the food they serve, but set a good example for other restaurants when it comes to customer service. An often-busy place, it has the feel of the local diner where the employees know you.

Reasonably priced brunch options. Breakfast bowls have been quite good. Pancakes have seemed a little dry and flavorless. When we have been there there restaurant has had friendly staff and nice decor.

Cute little place. Just got a traditional breakfast this time. Eggs, bacon with fruit and sourdough. Waitress was pretty good. Everything was prepared to specification and came out quickly. They did charge .50 cents for sourdough which is just silly but would come back and try pancakes next time!

Can't wait to go back and order breakfast!!! Overall great place, service and atmosphere...I ordered wrong - I ordered the turkey burger...I am not eating red meat right now but I wish I ordered the veggie patty instead. I couldn't eat the turkey burger- not good. The Cobb salad was great! My husband had a real burger and LOVED it!! Will return again.

Fun place, great service, very fast as well. Good burgers but they are smashed so well-done (if you like a fat juicy burger, not your place). Got the Brie and the Chipotle— Brie was definitely better. Waffle fries were a tad disappointing… too chewy. And the pig fries tasted like canned brown sauce. They split our burgers no extra charge :) BYOB!Kid-friendliness: Lots of families and kids

Worst ever burger I have had. Did not have an element of taste. Had great experience 5-6 years back

After getting over an initial kerfuffle with the wait staff about what was, and what wasn't, included in the dishes we ordered (after trying to gaslight us, the manager finally backed down, correctly) -- after all that, the service was fine. What was truly bad was the food. This is how they cooked the bacon: they took a bunch of bacon slices, balled them up with their fists into some slimy, congealed mass, and then threw them angrily into some deep fryer. Then they let all of that sit for a day, and then served it up at room temperature a day later. Really low effort. Minimum effort Monday on the hash browns, too, which were of the grocery store frozen foods section/McDonald's deep fried patties variety instead of the real thing. Eggs were way undercooked, and the toast, which I asked for well toasted, had to be sent back to be even moderately toasted. It's the lazy cooking staff (and the owner) that ruin this place.

The burgers are really incredible here. The atmosphere is electric and the services excellent. Food comes out hot and cooked well. The burgers, the breakfast, and basically anything that comes out of the kitchen it's done with care and love. They are really committed to excellent food.

BLUF: Definitely has plenty of potential, and I thoroughly enjoyed my burger. Pickle chips were too soggy and undercooked. Service needs a look at. Very casual. When I walked in there were only two tables of two. Hostess told me to find a seat and she'd bring me a menu. She never actually did, but thankfully a gentleman (overhead called Roberto) saw that I had been sitting there for an awfully long time and brought me one. He seemed to be doing the bulk of the work in the restaurant. My waitress Skylar was very pleasant and helpful. While eating, the hostess stepped outside and yelled loudly across the busy intersection to a friend. The door is propped open to let the fresh air in, so the restaurant all stopped to stare at her as it was very loud. Weird and a little unprofessional, but not that big a deal. The problem is that this young woman spent the entire time goofing off with employees. Tables were without refills. An elderly man stood at the hostess desk for so long that all three tables in the small restaurant were looking around for someone to help him. We could clearly hear the hostess goofing around in the back room. After a considerable amount of time, the man left long before the hostess returned. I ordered the Chipotle Bacon burger and it was cooked very well with seasoned bacon- fantastic. The side of pickle chips were unfortunately undercooked with breading that fell apart as soon as you touched it. Overall mixed experience. My waitress was great, the hostess needs some training, and the burgers are a hit. But maybe go for fries.
