Unfortunately, I have to give this restaurant a low 2 out of 5. The food is decent, but the service is awful. I had to wait a while before anyone noticed that I wanted to place an order at the register-- it's as though now that folks can order via the touch screen computers at the front, no one wants to take your order. So, if I want my mayonnaise on the side- who do I tell? There is no option for that via the computer screen. Then, when you order- you have to give a tip via the card reader... so I'm tipping you for taking my order? Ok... isn't that table stakes in the food/restaurant industry? Then when my order is ready- my buzzer hasn't buzzed more than 3 times and the same person who took my order was literally clanging her nails on the counter impatiently as she looked at me to get up... I guess I didn't get up fast enough to get my order .. Order to go from this place if you have to. Oh, and my order was off- bbq sauce was not on the side, as requested, and my fries were squished under napkins.

An overall forgettable experience. The char on the burger was tasty, but the patty was pretty meager in size. Fries were decent. Onion rings were basically onion-flavored; the onions were cut so thin, the onions disappeared during deep-frying. Too many burger joints around, and not much makes this place stand out.

After eating at Habit Burgers in Florham Park and Parsippany, I had to stop in at the newest one in Morristown. This location is in the midst of a huge shopping area just built over the last few years. Everything here still feels new. I guess you'd call Habit Burger high end fast food. All I know is that the burgers and shakes here are very good! I went with a charbroiled burger with cheese and a strawberry shake. Delicious! Service here was fast and friendly. Plenty of parking. Give it a shot if you're in a burger and Shake mood!

This place is amazing! The only thing giving it a four stars on food is we expected much more than a tiny burger it was supposed to be "Intense" but it was small and unexpected for an "intense" burger.
Excellent onion rings. Crispy to just the right amount. Had the Bacon Burger as a double. Delicious! Highly recommend.

This was the absolute worst burger I have had in my life. There is no signature taste to this burger. It is underwhelming and unmemorable. The double char burger (with everything on it) is incredibly bland. Shocking that there is no creativity behind a burger from a burger joint. You had one job! I do not know how it is possible for a burger to be this lackluster. Create some amazing sauce or something because this char burger is not it.

This is one of their better locations. We thoroughly enjoyed our visit here.It was unclear, before we entered, whether they had dine-in, or were strictly take-out. The app didn't help clarify this; we had to walk inside to see what was up.

Burger was delicious and will be back but improvements necessary and within reach! Burger was VERY salty. Ice machine was broken, warm Diet Coke was completely flat. Dining area must’ve been 85 degrees (note, open a door if you notice this…it’s 40 degrees outside). It just wasn’t pleasant eating a salty burger in a very warm room with room temperature soda and no ice.
