Tbh I wish I could leave a negative amount of stars. I’ve given this place chance after chance and they keep messing up. Had to remake my order and it was STILL bad! Too lazy or cheap to change the oil, these fries are underseasoned, burnt but undercooked and really soggy. Save yourself the headache, go somewhere else. Wings also under seasoned after I asked for more twice. I paid for 10, they gave me 8.

If I could give it ZERO stars I would.Walked in with my order confirmation ready to go. I politely gave them the name and showed them on my phone. Then they persisted to repeatedly ask me for the name, and say my order wasn’t there.They didn't Even look for it.Then I asked if they could look it up using my conformation number. They looked at me like I had three heads. They rudely shrugged me off and went directly back to playing on their phones in front of me. (Refer to the picture below.)After going back a forth with them not even trying to attempt to do their jobs, the taller black gentleman who was doing all of the cooking in the back. He overheard all of the madness that they call customer service. He Walked up to the counter, looked at the shelf, and the order was sitting there with my name on it plain as day. I didn’t grab his name but HE NEEDS A RAISE!!Common sense ain’t common, and reading is fundamental. How do you have an employer and you don’t have basic reading and comprehension skills. and to be clear there was NO LANGUAGE BARRIER. So that’s not even a viable factor.I will never give my hard earned money to an establishment that treats their customers that way. No matter how minor or important the transaction is.For example, whether I spend $2 on a candy bar from wherever. Or I’m doing a $10,000 deal with a dealership.You will not get my money if you disrespect me.If I hadn’t pre paid, you wouldn’t have gotten a penny from me.Shame on whoever hired them and who ever runs this location.

I've been waiting to try Wingstop, because one would figure their specialty would be "wings" since they have it in their name. Everything at this place is average at best. The Fries had a very unusual seasoning that I didn't love. There was a good option of sauces for the wings and I went with the barbecue option. They do have a little punch to them but were overall ok. There's no shortage of sauce as these were lathered with so much that I needed a napkin to prevent myself from being coated as well. The service was good as I was told about updates regarding when my food would be ready. It was done within the time stated when I ordered it online. The restaurant was clean. I definitely wouldn't go out of my way to stop here again.

Went to Wingstop today in Morristown New Jersey always go there for lemon pepper wings. The staff also knows me been going here every time since they opened so I noticed today the young lady that normally makes them I didn’t see her so I went to ask the guy where she was and she was in the bathroom so I told him that I would wait for her because she always makes my wings perfect as for him, he went to the back and made a smart comment that he think that I didn’t hear? so as of today, this will be my last time going there along with a lot of my friends and colleague sorry to say young man need more training.

I was not impressed. I placed a carry out order on the app. I picked it up and got back to work and found they had ripped me off. I only got a fraction of the wings I paid for and the flavor was wrong on part of the order. The lemon pepper was absolutely disgusting. This food is way to expensive to be shorted on what I paid for.

Overall 3/5. Decent chain wings in an area with already really good wings. Good if you need something quick/ cheaper, but there are better spots I would recommend. New Wingstop in Morristown. Pretty good location, but parking can be tough as it's in the street. The food is exactly what you expect from a chain wing place. My go- tos are the garlic Parmesan and the hot. The fries are pretty decent as well- good seasoned and crispy. The seasonal specials can be very hit or miss for me. The price is pretty cheap relative to the area and for service the wings come out pretty quickly which is nice. Not much space to eat inside, but was clean from what I saw.

Is there a way to speak with the manager about potentially permanently banning me from ordering late night wing stop after a night out at the laundromat? I’ve tried everything in my power to stop myself from splurging 100$+ on a couple of dozen wings on door dash. I have a way of forgetting my head and listening to my heart when it comes to wing stop on the late night. Is there a 1-800-wingstop-anonymous #? I’m ready to accept the help I need.

Best wings in Morristown! This is a small place but has a few tables to eat in. Can get a little busy, so using the app to order can help. All orders are made fresh while you wait. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Nice selection of sauces for your individual taste. I love the BBQ. Better than Buffalo Wild Wings. Free parking in the rear and military/ first responder discount.Parking: Lot in the rear accessed by going around the corner.

Food is good but the service not so much. I was on the phone with these people trying to figure out where my order that said delivered was and they hung up on me. Like hearing the phone ring when you’re trying to resolve an issue is very disrespectful.

Order done wrong. Asked to drive long distance back to pick up replacement order. On arrival, no new order made. Instead, made to re-explain issue to manager. Then, told — by manager — that another manager off-site would have to be called to approve the order fix. Waited 15 mins to get this other manager’s approval which was only to fix the order half way “as a courtesy”. Waited another 20 mins for the new partially fixed order. Will NEVER eat at that location again.
