I really wanted to give it a chance a few times but it gets worse every time, is it too much to ask for something to eat well made and properly prepared? If you have a job and decide to be there, could you think about the rest of us who will eat that and pay for that? Life is difficult I understand but please we must all do our part. Raise awareness, we ALL have battles to fight on this earth. $ is hard to earn and if I decide to buy something outside I will be so disappointed! DO NOT be inconsiderate. ( just and example)

Chicken quesadilla was unpalatable, the chicken was undercooked. In addition, the 40 minute wait just to get it for a dine-in order was not worth it. I should've just asked for my money back like the customer, of which the manager had yelled at for even asking to get his money back to take his kids elsewhere, had done.Extremely unprofessional, terrible food, horrible wait time, and a manager who is willing to yell at customers is enough to ensure I never bring myself and my money here again.

It was actually clean, and someone was at the counter to take an order, not hiding in the back. They must have new staff there. My food was also recognizable, not a squished lump of whatever they stuffed in it.

When getting a nacho Bell Grande- no beans and sour cream but extra cheese and beef- THERE WAS HARDLY ANYTHING ON IT! Had to drive back. The manager stated he watched the guy make it and said he did what I asked. There was definitely nothing extra and more empty chips than anything. So paying extra to make it over $8 when on their website for our location was a $1 cheaper than specified. If I wanted to eat tortilla chips plain I would’ve opened my pantry. The amount of money they charge now my fiancés quesadilla was as flat as a piece of paper and the potatoes that were 99 cents a few years ago is $3. It’s absolutely insane.

Stud there for 40 + minutes waiting for food. Watching customers sit n wait also Uber eats drivers pile in. Slowly getting them in n out. As they give orders to others that have been waiting to another .some had left without pick ups. costomers 2or3, including myself ask for refunds

Worst experience at Taco bell ever they was so rude all young kids that just don't care didn't pay attention to anyone or any orders from the front only worried about the drive threw orders messing up the only couple orders they did put out the front counter I got my order after 25 minutes checked my bag and was missing 2 cheesy roll up s so I went to counter told the guy he said give me a minute waited another 29 minutes while he kept making other orders so I spoke up asked again and he got ignored and boligerent toward me and another employee came in from outside and started yelling at me told me not to complain and got really ignored also
No more French fries,and never enough sauces for food....

This was my first time going to Taco Bell in like the past 10 years and let’s just say oh boy did it excite. They were very busy when I walked in I’ll give them that, but I waited an hour and a half for my food that I ordered on the app ahead of time, and watched people walk in and instantly get their food. I tried to be nice about the whole thing asking about my order and they said they would look but kind of blew me off. When I asked again about it I mentioned how I was there over an hour and everything else, wondering why people were getting their order before me, and the one worker argues with me saying there’s a lot of orders (at this time there’s literally like 3 other people next to me). Food was solid I won’t lie about that but the overall service was how we say “abysmal”. Came here on a Sunday and would definitely recommend people go to the chick-fil-a down the street instead if it’s a Sunday night because they’d probably get their food faster there.
I didn’t get the Stacker I ordered. There was no chicken in the chicken quesidilla at all. Only cheese in it and paper thin. Gordita crunch was ordered without lettuce but of course it was packed full of lettuce. Just a complete waste of money. After reading the reviews I would say management needs to get a better handle on employees. I would be embarrassed if that was my store.

Stood at the counter for 10 minutes, had no less than 3 employees working there look over at me. None came and took my order or anything. Tried to use the restroom, it was gross. Walked out and got no food, no service, no bathroom use. Worst experience I've ever had at a fast food
