I don’t like to hate on the business, but I ordered turkey bacon, scrambled eggs and cheese on a sesame bagel. The bagel was correct and the extra bagel I ordered was correct, but I didn’t receive scrambled eggs. I got an overcooked fried egg they could barely spare the cheese it was like a smear and they give me sausage after I paid for turkey bacon. I don’t know the person that read this don’t understand how to read correctly, but you need to do better while you lost me as a customer first time in the last time

The restaurant area was just remodeled with new dining seats. Cozy and quiet atmosphere. Food portions are excellent for the price. They do need to work on the coffee, which is extremely bitter even with condiments.Vegetarian options: If you are a strict vegetarian just let the cook know to change his gloves because they do handle meat.

Ive never been to a place that could care less about its customer base. No coffee! Every morning, after i come in and complain about it every day. They advertise everything a hoagie/pizza shop should have, but they can only sell u bagels and cream cheese, they have vapes, but dont stock ones u want? Seriously go back to business school and get to know ur customer base

One of the names on this establishment is 'Bagel Express'. I'm penalizing them for this false advertising. You can't poke a hole in a roll and call it a bagel - it's deplorable. Other things they make range from good (breakfast sandwiches)to very good (fried chicken). Steer clear of the 'Bagel Express' products and you'll do fine.
