Food was expensive and didn't taste good at all. Really wish it could have been better but it was a one and done deal for me

Unique place for chicken. We ordered a box of chicken tenders with sweet and sour sauce along with a creamsicle shake. Everything tasted great. The chicken was crispy and good quality. The restaurant was clean, the staff pleasant. We ate at one of the outside tables. Very cute southern themed decor. I would like to try their chicken biscuit with honey when I return. I noticed they serve breakfast menu items all day.Kid-friendliness: Kids usually like chicken. I didn't notice if there is a children's menu. The food is simple and good quality.Wheelchair accessibility: Parking, entrance, seating and bathroom are all wheelchair accessible.

My husband and I used to live nearby, and frequented Colbie's as our special treat when out for errands, or as a late night snack. I'd describe it as a well-themed and elevated version of Chickfila, with some added quirks and flavors; however, on my recent trip back to the area, it does seem like they're trying to broaden their menu. Our favorite used to be the PBJ Kiss (no longer on menu), but we also would recommend the sweet potato fries with the marshmallow sauce, and the Flying Hawaiian. In terms of atmosphere, the place is always clean and playing country music, and the staff is friendly, and will do their best to accommodate your requests (like the PBJ Kiss). I will definitely be back when in the area, but I wish they'd put a Colbie's closer to me--maybe in Adventure Crossings--that'd be a dream!

So the place is great, the loaded fries was amazing. I got the southern bell sandwich, everything was good except the chicken. I don't know if it was the breading but it was way too spicy, mac and cheese not so great. I would suggest to go easy on the seasoning whatever they use to tone down a bit. Overall not too bad for first

The employees are very sweet but management needs to do something about the freshness of the products and cleanliness of this place. My girlfriend and I ate here last night and are both incredibly sick all last night and this morning. The carrots on her salad were so dry it nearly looked like paper confetti.

Everything was really good and the restaurant was very clean and nicely decorated. Chicken and waffle sandwich with syrup was very good as was the Mac and cheese and hush puppies. Cheese curds are excellent, but the portion is a bit small. Vanilla milkshake was tasty and thick. Just remember that this is expensive fast food, but the quality is better than you would get at fast food joints. The price definitely reflects that and is the only reason I didn't give 5 stars because it's expensive.Parking: Quite a bit of parkingWheelchair accessibility: Wheelchair accessible parking, entrance and seating available

Worst chicken I’ve ever had by far. Absolute waste of money. 100% Inedible. Slightly sweet & oddly unsatisfying. The customer service is great but the food is abhorrent. You might think that I’m being dramatic but it’s that bad.

Stopped into Colbie’s for the first time the other night. Even though it seemed that the man was working by himself or with one other, the food was fresh. Service was friendly. One last note: this was around 8pm or later which seems like a slow time for them. Possibly close to closing time.Do recommend stopping in and at least trying. Had a 5 piece tenders and fries with & drink x 2. Was about $24 & change. Food was hot and fresh.
