Applebee's is amazing down to their company values. Definitely a chain restaurant worth supporting and a great place for those with culinary backgrounds to work. Applebee's service is some of the best you'll ever experience

The food was good, but the service was lacking. We had to wait 15 minutes to pay because our waitress had finished her shift and whoever Maddison is, never came to the table. We tried to pay using the tablet, but she clearly had to swipe something. Then, the blonde waitress with curly hair was very rude. We had to say excuse me twice to get her attention, but she ignored us and kept acting like she didn’t hear us and would turn the other way around. We were planning to leave a $30 tip, but we changed our mind. We don't appreciate being treated poorly, especially because of our age and ethnicity. So, we left a $5 tip for her poor manners. We won't be going back.

The salad was fine, but my husband’s pasta with Chicken came ice cold. Plate was warm , but food was ice cold and was not able to eat. By the time she came back to table we told her to just take it back.He ended up sharing my salad. First she said she was unable to take it off bill , but got manager to do. Very disappointed in the quality and control of food service.

Drive the extra distance and go to another Applebee's location, service was kinda poor, some food was overcooked and the rest undercooked. Some food was added to bill but never brought out. Test your luck at this location, hope you have a better experience than we did.

My family of 5 usually comes to this Applebees but today we had a bad experience. It was very cold and cold air was blowing down on us like we were outside my children had to put their jackets back on & it took me three times to even get someone to actually help us with the situation. The waitress had a nasty attitude and didn’t seem too happy to help anyone. Our food took a while to come out and we were expecting it to be sizzling HOT since we ordered the new sizzling hot steaks and let me tell you the food was not sizzling at all it was COLD! The atmosphere felt very uncomfortable and not the usual Applebees experience. I am very disappointed in this location they need better customer service and better chef.

Everything was Great We came back and had Madison serve Us as we were celebrating My daughter's birthday ??However I had tried to use a $10 gift card as part of the payment and I was told that it had expired 3 days ago! Since when do gift cards expire??
