Delicious hidden gem. Wonderful server Gigi. Falafel sandwich was straight out of a grandmother's kitchen. Pita was fresh and grilled to perfection. Cheesesteak was juicy, cheesy on a terrific roll. Martinis were expertly executed.

I’ve been staying at the Westin for four nights. I ate in the restaurant one night and ordered room service from them three. I had the salmon and was very pleased. The chicken wrap and fries were good as well. I had a dessert that’s was very good but the ribeye steak was quite possible the best I’ve ever had. The potatoes are amazing as well. I highly recommend it.

Always a good and fast breakfast at the Bellagio Ristorante & Bar555. Patty and Gigi are the best!!!

Really, really bad. The server was a very nice girl who was attentive and friendly but the food just wasn't edible. The bread was stale and tasteless (flavorless is the word here), the misto appetizer which was listed as tempura shrimp and veggies was soggy and dripping with grease, completely unseasoned and flavorless. The shrimp were big and could this could have been a good dish if it had been seasoned and cooked properly. We were the only people in the restaurant and we waited 30 minutes for the appetizer and another 20 for the meal. We had the veal meatballs which another review said were good. They weren't, the texture was fine but they and the sauce were unseasoned and flavorless. We got 2 sides mac & cheese which was apparently just orange warm milk on elbow macaroni, FLAVORLESS and unseasoned mashed potatoes. I felt really sorry for the poor waitress who was doing a great job in a place that clearly doesn't understand or care about food on even the most basic level.

Great service during breakfast times. The staff are very polite and friendly (ask for Shaukat and Lisa). Overall, a pleasant experience during every stay!

The food was great but we had several hiccups. First of all, don't trust the OpenTable reservation. Made a res for 11am brunch. Well, the buffet closes at 11 and they had no record of my reservation for 9 people. They said we could do a la carte. There were a handful of other issues that I won't get into because the manager did come over to speak to us and offered compensation for all of our issues. Everyone really enjoyed the food, the servers were very nice, but I would only go to breakfast there earlier in the morning and I would call to reconfirm if you book through this outlet.

The service was poor. The server did not know much information about the menu. She forgot to bring things we asked for. She did not know if there was a happy hour. She didn't know how the fish was prepared. The food was not hot and my steak was overcooked. I would not go back again. My guest and I were the only ones eating in the restaurant

Upon arrival, the restaurant was technically not called Bellagio Ristorante and it also did not have an Italian menu as listed. This was extremely disappointing and complete false advertisement. The place in the Westin is now called Bar 555 - and offers about 10 items. I will make sure to never dine or visit another Westin hotel.

Menu needs to be more explicit on what is in the meal. I ordered the Hawaiian shrimp skewers, which is exactly what it said on the menu, nothing more. I got a spring-mix salad (with cherry tomatoes and chopped cucumbers, there might have been some onions and peppers but I really didn't want a salad so I didn't eat it) with 6 plain shrimp on top and about 3 or 4 chunks of pineapple and some type of dressing, not sure what it was. I mentioned to the waitress that I had ordered the Hawaiian Shrimp Skewers so she took it back and not 2 minutes later came back with the same plate of salad and the 6 shrimp and few pineapple chunks on 2 skewers on top of the salad. My husband got the chicken parm, that is all it was, no pasta, no extra sauce.

There is no longer a Bellagio restaurant at the Westin. It is now the 555 Bar Steakhouse. The menu show here is also not correct. The menu offered is more bar type food although they do offer steaks and a few other entrees. We were disappointed as we were expecting the Bellagio and the posted menu. Service was a bit slow since they only had one waitress working the entire restaurant. Overall it wasn't terrible, just not what we were expecting. Wouldn't go again though.

Great bartenders . They have been there for years and my wife and I enjoy going there. Prices are a little high, but it is a hotel bar /restaurant. Overall we enjoy the location, service and food.

No one was there to seat us had to go to the bartender for service who directed us to a waiter who eventually seating us! Food was average not much to select from as menu doesn't offer much entrees. The waiter was excellent and attentive as was the bartenders “Fred”. However I wouldn't recommend this restaurant to anyone outside of Westin hotel guest!!!
