In the world of Thai food, this place is at the top! Deliciously wrapped spring rolls with fresh veggies, delicious curry with touches of coconut, and wonderfully flavored Thai tea with a fresh flowery flavor (really called the Iced Green Tea Latte, but it's basically a Thai Tea!). All food is cooked perfectly crisp and cooked to the optimal crispness and temperature--no soggy noodles. I personally love all their dishes especially the curry puffs, a light and yummy pastry and a light sweet sauce for dipping. Their seating is comfortable and their center tables have a half booth type setting. The music isn't too loud or anything so you can hear your conversation. I like the openness of the restaurant with the high vaulted ceilings. Their service has always been great for us. We haven't had any issues and the food comes out fairly quickly. Sometimes they take a while bringing the check out.

Food was virtually flavorless, not Thai profiles. It just wasn’t good. I can’t explain it much. But the food isn’t good and I won’t return…

The food and service were excellent and the restaurant was nice and clean. Thai food was Americanized just enough to not burn our faces off, but (as far as I can tell) it was reasonably authentic. We also greatly enjoyed the Thai tea, which we had hot for the first time. And the Thai coffee was very good, too. It's a bit off the beaten path, but well worth finding if you're in the neighborhood.

Horrible customer service. There was an issue with my order and whoever I spoke to on the phone was impolite when I was trying to explain the issue and didn’t do anything to help."There's nothing we can do, okay bye", is what I was told.Edit: The passive-aggressive tone in the Owner's reply proves my exact point about the lack of polite customer service. No apology, just a condescending undertone.2nd Edit: The incident in the owner's reply is unrelated to me. My order didn't consist of anything that was just named in their response. I have no idea what they're talking about. Nonetheless, whoever it is that's continuously responding to my review is even further validating my point about the lack of customer service skills. There's a better way to address customers. Please think twice about visiting this establishment if you value friendly customer service.

Fantastic service and food was amazing. We had the Tom Yum soup, mussels appetizer, Ocean Pacific (pictured) and Panama Curry - we highly recommend all of these.Dietary restrictions: Gluten free; no onions.

Great place with plenty of parking. The overall food experience, the pennang cury is the best here.

One of the best places to eat Thai cuisine. They make everything in house, the food is served fresh and hot. They have very good vegetarian options on their menu.

Bhan Thai continues to impress with its cozy and comfortable atmosphere, although the recent relocation within the same mall area has led to a larger space that feels somewhat less intimate, but still pleasant. As a frequent visitor, albeit not an expert in Thai cuisine, I remain a big fan of their duck dishes, especially the crispy yet succulent duck, which is consistently well-prepared and never dry.During my latest visit, I ventured to try the Pad Thai with imitation duck. The dish struck a perfect balance in its spice levels, satisfying my palate without being overwhelming. The quality and taste of the food have commendably remained consistent over my visits.A notable highlight was the butternut squash soup. Served piping hot, its creamy texture and the harmonious blend of carrots, butternut squash, celery, and black pepper created a delightful culinary experience. However, it's worth noting for vegans that this soup does contain cream. The restaurant's take-out service also seems to be popular among customers, adding to its appeal. Whether you're dining alone or with a group of six, the accommodating and friendly service enhances the overall experience.Bhan Thai remains a solid choice for Thai cuisine enthusiasts, maintaining a strong 4-star rating out of 5 in my book. It's definitely worth a visit if you find yourself in the area.

Delicious food but a bit overpriced! My family and I came here for a Friday night dinner and had a great time. The presentation and decor at Bhan Thai were beautiful. The staff was also very attentive and kind, creating a welcoming environment! A very minor complaint I have is that, in the booth we sat at, the seating was a bit far from table so it was a bit difficult to eat and sit back (though everyone else in my group did not notice/care about this minor detail!) Also, the staff was very attentive and kind, creating a welcoming environment! The food was delicious! We got the spring rolls and calamari as appetizers, and both were very good. I especially liked the spring rolls because they were so hot, fresh, and had a nice crisp bite to them. Our entrees were great too. I got the Thai Basil (Pad Kra Pao) and the vegetables were fresh and crunchy while the chicken was tender and tasty. Though, if I ordered this again, I would get this as Thai spicy because the level 3 spicy did not have enough of a kick for me. My Mom and Grandmother both got the grilled shrimp and vegetables, and although they said their dishes were very good, they were not worth $30 each. The shrimp, while plump and fresh, was barely grilled, and it did not seem like there was enough in this dish to be worth $30 (maybe $20 at most). At least it was still delicious and tasted higher quality than shrimp dishes and other restaurants. Lastly, the Thai tea was pretty good and had that strong taste that I'm used to in a Thai tea.Overall, we would definitely come back, and I'm excited to try some of their other dishes.
