2:14 am with my family. The children were starved. This is a rest stop. Computers were logged off, you could tell everything was clean for the morning shift. They set it up so they didn’t have to take anymore orders. The man that looked like a criminal minds Unsub with one tooth, said you can try the comp again as I held my sleeping 3 year old! This is March 23rd 2:14am. There is a reason you have a 2.4 rating. Last visit my whopper had a hair tie in it. I will not be returning to any Burger King, I’ve tried again and I just can’t.

Coworkers laughing and making fun of another coworker who was the only one who was actually working during a major Christmas rush.Said goofing off led them to only provide HALF of our order. Waste of time and money and very disrespectful.

Customer service was terrible. No greeting and employees held personal conversations while I ordered and waited for food. Something as simple as placing French toast sticks in a bag took way too long due to a lack of focus/care.

Normally i don’t complain but two people on a holiday!! The line is insane and the food was so cold! The customer service was so bad!! The negativity was insane! There was a deaf man trying to get his food and kept getting skipped! Had to text it to the worker twice! I don’t know what’s going on but this is just sad! People are traveling for many hours to get home and this could be their first meal and it was so bad! More coworkers should have been on not just two people!

Bacon King. Kiost order. I wanted a couple cheeseburgers and machine didn't offer it. I don't like machine. Machine has no personality and I don't trust it. Machine is probably reading this as I type... I waited for Bacon King next to cake vending... machine. Am I a machine? Well the burger was ok, I shame ate it in my car in the parking lot. Bet you regret reading this review don't you, machine!

Burger King should close this location the woman working there has no interest in working . Horrible customer service she felt bothered we wanted to order food. We walked out.

Lol... just no. Why can't it have 0 stars... We had to use the restroom so stopped out of convenience. Every staff person in the building is just rude and obviously hates their job... I'll go out of the way to never stop here again.

Ugh: mediocre fast food, unhappy staff, and a disorganized setup. If the cook folks were writing orders down somehow, that might help move things along, but we were left to rely on one person's memory, and she was not juggling too well.
