I went there with my mom and got a burrito and unfortunately found a hair sticking out of it (it was dark black hair, I light brown) and I get it stuff happens I just wanted a new burrito and I feel like I asked kindly, didn’t yell or anything bc I get it stuff happens. The young man was very nice but this snotty girl behind the counter goes “do you just want to put it in a new tortilla” and I was kinda shocked bc no that’s a whole HAIR in my food?????? So no I don’t want a replacement tortilla?? And when I told her no I’d like just a new burrito please she has the audacity to roll her stupid eyes. Like if you can deal with people maybe don’t work with the public.

Almost 13 dollars for a steak quesadilla. 2 pieces with literally 2 small chunks of steak. So I basically got vegetable and cheese. I don’t normally leave a review however this is the 3rd time going here and all 3 experiences being the exact same. Absolutely zero meat.

There were easily 8 employees working, if not more, not a single customer in the place when I walked in, and the floor and every table were absolutely filthy. Food and trash everywhere, the bathroom had water and toilet paper all over the floor, the trash cans were overflowing. Apparently they had run out of straws. The food was barely even okay. I got a bowl and they barely even filled it. And to top it off, the staff we interacted with were not personable and acted like we were a bother to them. This is absolutely disgusting!! We left! Never getting food here ever again!!!

Food is fine. Very poor service, staff must be underpaid and overworked. Every single table is dirty. We were the only customers at the counter and they rushed us. Just not up to the standards of any chipotle. I'd try one of the other local restaurants instead.

This location needs a complete do-over. I used to eat at this location once a month. I haven’t eaten here in a year due to poor food prep, poor service, and unclean appearance. I go to the Marlton location instead.

Rice was hard (half cooked and cold).Chicken was overcooked (burnt and cold). I stood there for 2 minutes waiting to be served when there was no one head of me (no one at the register).

More than half the times I come here now they are out of something, especially the Peppers and Onions. And a few other locations are also “out” of Peppers and onions- consistently - almost like they can’t be bothered making them it seems…. And I cannot order the steak anymore because it ALWAYS has hard fatty chewy inedible pieces in it. PLEASE DO SOMETHING ABOUT THIS! I really use to like Chipotle but now it’s like they are in a rut with bad chewy bottom line cheap steak and no peppers and onions.
