I got the stuffed strawberry pancakes and they were not stuffed with strawberry’s they were on top and on the side and the pancake was folded in half there was cream cheese inside the fold and it was so liquidities that it was oozing out of the pancake for sure not stuffed very disappointedParking: The handicap parking was full had to go around restaurant several times to get a spot

Food was ok but service was horrible. I placed an order with the curb side to go option. I followed all instructions to the letter. 20 minutes after food was to be delivered to my car... still no food so, I called the restaurant. I got hung up on twice and got stuck in a transfer loop on the third call. I did not want to go inside as I have bad health; but, it was either that or leave with no food. The food was there waiting with a bunch of other bags and, after giving my name, was given my order... with no apology what so ever. TERRIBLE SERVICE!!!

I visited the cracker barrel on route 73 today, and just wow! A figure from my past emerged from the ashes like a phoenix. A beautiful phoenix with long red locks and the most expressive eyes that beg me to ask “What’s your story, Red?” Reborn she was, even more captivating than all those years before.I cannot say enough about how amazing my server was. I knew her from her previous job at another establishment, and she took care from me and my buddy Ron just as good as she did before. I tried to order cream chipped beef, but unfortunately they don’t have that on the menu anymore. No sweat off my back! Miss beautiful recommended the chicken and dumplings, and it was delicious. That along with my sweet tea and a warm milk for Ron was heavenly. Those stars on her apron were personally plucked from the heavens and sewn by an angel.It’s a real human interaction like this one that keeps me clean and sober, shows me that beauty and kindness exists in every corner of this wretched world. Thank you for your service that day at cracker barrel, Miss Red.

It’s sad to have to write this because Cracker Barrel has always been one of my favorite restaurants to have breakfast with my family. It’s so nostalgic and used to feel so homey. My last few experiences weren’t so great but today’s left the worst impression of them all. My mom called me this morning saying that she woke up with a craving for great pancakes. We agreed that the best pancakes are at CB. She met me there (35 minute ride for her) and we both ordered the same thing. Pancakes, eggs and bacon. Mine were perfect, but her pancakes came out really light, so she kindly asked if she could have some that were cooked like mine. The server brought back pancakes that were black. My guess is that they took hers and put them back on the griddle. I waved to get the manager’s attention, he ignored me. So I walked back near the kitchen where he was standing and he walked inside of the kitchen. Not sure if this was intentional…But I asked the host if she could send him (the manager) over to my table. He came over and my mom showed him her pancakes (even he was shocked at how burnt they were). He said that he would make new ones for her himself. They came out looking pretty good but were doughy in the center and had a weird taste. When the server dropped them off she said “let’s try this again”. It was as if this was funny to them. The manager came over with the bill and said that he discounted her meal since they had to “make the pancakes 3 times”. Ultimately my mother was still unhappy and never got to enjoy the pancakes that we came there for. The service was not great, because it was obvious that my mom was still not happy and they really just brushed it off. As I said, this is one of of favorite places to come as a family- it has been since I was a kid- but I don’t think that we will be back.
