Just chilis nasty refrigerated wings here, avoid at all

The website for this place disguises the fact that it’s actually just a Chili’s restaurant. I ordered a platter of bone in wings, and when I arrived at my destination I discovered that they gave me lukewarm boneless wings with very little sauce and soggy breading. It was a disappointing experience and I won’t be going back.

My wife ad I stopped here for drinks after a movie. We ordered a classic margarita and a frozen strawberry daquiri, no food. The margarita was large but bland, nothing special. The frozen drink was nothing but crushed ice in a glass. With the straw, it was difficult to even drink, couldn't even tell if there was alcohol added. Also, the billing is done on a table top ipad that had adds and games. Total for the two drinks and a game on the ipad was $22, there was nothing that stated you would be charged for a game.. The location was clean and there was plenty of room. It really wasn't worth the time or effort to go here.

This was a waste of time , calories and money. It took 15 minutes to be seated in a practally empty restaurant. The front person did not even take our name. The Carne asada came extremely well done when I ordered ver rare. They remade the beef which was good, unfortunately every piece had grizzle. My wife commented this was worse then old fashioned airline food. Just garbage

Probably the WORST EVER CHILIS I have ever eaten at! Just returned from dinner here. Good thing we arrived at 5:30pm, because dinner took more than 2 hours, even though the place was empty! Only ONE waiter on a crowded holiday weekend? WHAT? The man who sits you ONLY sits you; if this place is so understaffed, why isn't the host also bringing dinnerware and drinks, and clearing tables ? Nope, he ONLY sits you. I guess it is beyond the managers comprehension to assign multiple duties to other employees, to help the sole waiter. When a restaurant is THIS understaffed, usually the manager ALSO seats/serves/clears tables. Again, this is obviously beyond the managers ability to delegate. She seemed overwhelmed also, and did NOT ever come to our table when requested. OK, so now the food. This restaurants food tasted nothing like the CHILIS my husband and I usually eat at in central NJ. Everything here was VERY salty. And even though there were 4 adults, who each ordered something different from the menu, none of us actually received what we ordered. Now I don't know if this is the kitchen staffs carelessness, or if the overwhelmed waiter just forgot some of our meals. But for example, we did not receive our ncluded French fries and garlic bread. And when we enquired, the waiter told us there was no garlic bread. Now, if the restaurant is out of garlic bread, why weren't we informed upon ordering entrees hat included garlic bread? And if we didn't ask for the French Fries, we believe that the waiter was too busy and probably would have forgotten about them altogether. The waiter also did jot seem to know the menu well enough, so he was not aware that our entrees INCLUDED French fries and garlic bread. And we were not told about any specials, nor advised of drinks. Again, was the waiter just overwhelmed, or is this how this restaurant always operates? Either way, there are ways around this. For example, WRITE down the specials and hand them out with the menus OR write them down for the waiter to recite at the table OR write down the specials on a board in the entrance. As far as service goes, I guess this was the best the waiter could do, since he was by himself. I mean he never asked if we wanted water, or refills of our beverages. And the waiter did not have time to clear our appetizers, so when the entrees arrived, there was no room for them on the table. (So again I ask, why couldn't the host, who was doing nothing by the way, help the waiter, by clearing the table, or refilling water, etc,?) The waiter also never came back at the end of the meal to see if we wanted desert or anything else. When we finally did get the waiters attention, it took a very long time for him to bring us our doggie bag containers. So I truly hope the management of this location reads this review. There ARE ways to correct ALL of these problems. It is NOT acceptable however to ignore the issues, by having a manager who makes NO ATTEMPT WHATSOEVER to correct the deficiencies. By the way, I AM STILL WAITING FOR THE MANAGER TO COME TO SPEAK WITH ME. SHE NEVER EVEN ASKED IF OUR PROBLEMS WERE RESOLVED, OR WHAT COULD BE DONE TO REMEDY THE SITUATION. I see I am not the only reviewer with these comments. REPLACE THE MANAGER, SHE IS IN WAY OVER HER HEAD!

I ordered take out they messed up the order but sent me some Chili dollars for the trouble. Ordered again and when it got to the house all the sides were missing 2/2 poor take out service

The wings were so over cooked they were inedible. If you like chicken jerky then this is the place for you. We wound up just eating the fries and throwing out the wings.

This place has the worst management I've ever seen in my life. So unprofessional! No wonder the restaurant is dead! Save your money and go somewhere else.
