“Good ambience and the food is just decent, not the best. The price is slightly on the expensive side too. Desserts (baklava and Namoura) didn't feel freshly made as they were on the harder side of consistency. Spicy garlic fries were great!“
“Great tasting gyros with generous portions. The meat is Halal as well. They have options to add Indian flavors to it as well. Very customizable. Ordering was very simple at the kiosk and food came out quick. I took off 1 star because it closes at 9pm which is early and a little pricey. I paid about $15 for a lamb gyro. I wish places like this were open later. Overall I liked the food, ease of ordering/service. I will return to try the bowl.“
“Freakin AMAZING!!! I love this place gonna stop at the mall just to eat here! This is an amazing experience please give it a try the falafel sandwich on pita is great SOOOO good that I'm getting an order of lamb biryani to go Im told its very spicy so I'm gonna LOVE it cause the hot sauce on the falafel was great too!“
“Just discovered this great tasting spot near my job. Trying to eat healthy, so had the chicken shawarma on hummus in a bowl. It tasted so good and protein packed, that I returned on back to days. The chicken was moist and hummus was so fresh. My guess is that everything is prepared fresh daily. Its a Gem of a spot, looking forward to trying out their smoothies and signature cheese steak in the future! Well done!!“
“I’m new to the Bensalem area and found this venue by accident while driving by a few months back. Since then, I have become a loyal customer in feeding my family their delicious kabobs. I’m sure they have other delicious dishes but I’m hooked on their lamb kabobs in the platter version. It comes with a most unique side dish which I believe is called qabuli pulao which is delicious long grained rice likely cooked in mutton stock, topped with slivers of carrots and raisins, both adding a sweetness to a banging dish. Additionally, the platters come with a side dish option (garbanzo beans in a sauce or an eggplant option). Topping off a very generous portion of kabobs/pulao the platter comes with a side salad and a gift from heaven with afghani naan bread.I cannot recommend this venue more for feeding your family, colleagues or business associates. If you don’t like it, I’ll pay for it (irony utilized here).“
“The best Indian spot in all of New Jersey. I had the lamb, goat currey and the butter chicken with garlic naan. I never had something taste this good. The quality is amazing. Keep the standards this is high quality food. Thank you so much for the great service and amazing “
“*COLD CHICKEN but great new owners*. I do visit this place on occasion and as somebody who worked in New Delhi, India for 3 years - I can say this is a good quality Indian Buffet. And the service is good - the new owner really is nice, cares, and frankly that's opposite of many restaurants of this genre. Love the FRESH naan bread and many of the dishes are good. I offer this critique only because I feel the owner wants to be great:Tandoori Chicken and other meats are inconsistent. Sometimes they are literally COLD and dry. If Golden Corral can service meat warm, I feel you can do it too. If that improved I'd come more often. Thanks and best of luck“
“Knew I wanted shawarma but not sure what meat, my options were chicken or lamb. Never been to Pita Pocket before so i let the person assisting me choose which meat, whichever one is better i said, he said 1/2 and 1/2. YES PLEASE!Service was amazing everyone was sooooo helpful & amazing! I appreciate it so much. The only thing that I did not like was the customers that were in there when I was, it made me really uncomfortable but the staff made me more comfortable & definitely will be coming back again!I did take a few pictures of inside and things for a POV but the only thing i did not get was a picture of the food prepared and when it was finished but I do have a picture of what my plate looked like AFTER ?Parking: Its a gas station, convenience store.“
