This place has an arrogance - it just does and that starts from the manager and is "taught" to the service staff. There are exceptions. We had a great server, but her tag team partner who delivered food was not. Food was bland, cheese inside relleno flowed out like milk, beef in tacos was like Taco Bell, and they got rid of sopaplillas for tiny fried chewy doughy replacements. won't be returning. too bad, cuz we'd go there 3x a year for over 10 years. Quality of food and of overall service is a generous 3 stars.

Placed a special order that clearly says unlimited chips and salsa but since we couldnt make it in, I asked for a bit extra chips and salsa (they usually give you 5 chips and tiny container of salsa). The lady said no, you have to be here to get unlimited otherwise we’ll charge you extra. Truly jaw dropping audacity to admit what the special is and then say no. Typical horrible customer service.We’ll never order from this location again.

Went to have dinner yesterday evening, our orders came out fast but our enchiladas were cold, the rice and beans were just as cold! The service was good but we were disappointed by the food! Another disappointing thing was the the restrooms were filthy and just nasty! I felt like i was in an out house!

Stopped by after work with some friends for discounted margaritas. I got a peach vodka drink and it was good but strong. Also got appetizers. I liked the quesadilla. Seats at the bar were hard to get after 3pm.

Good food and good service. It is part of a chain, i would prefer more unique places. However, as part of a chain, this one is better than a lot of others. Their sample drink is much bigger than a sample, even though the taste is mediocre.

We went with kids and family. Service was super slow we had to keep reminding our server to bring plates, drinks and kids food which was ordered 30-40mins before. We also ordered some drinks and gave us half filled drinks. I understand inflation is up but I am paying for my drinks, would like a full glass of drinks. On top of everything they already added 18% gratuity when they brought the bill which should 10-12% at best after all this. I would not recommend this restaurant.

Our server was amazing, I wish I got her name! Regardless of when we walk in, the food is always amazing. I love their Patron Margarita and queso! Highly recommend!When our food was slightly late, the manager came over to speak to us to explain the delay. Just that in itself shows amazing customer service!
I’m not normally a “write a review” gal… but I’m happy to share my experience from this evening. My family of 4 went out to dinner, including a 3 year old toddler and less than 1 year old baby. We can be a lot lol. My baby got a bite of the guac and loved it. So the waiter (shout out to Carlos) and the manager in house (sorry I didn’t get your name!!) brought out literal slices of plain Avocado so my 8 month old could dig in while my husband and I ate. It’s such a silly and small gesture, but sheesh for us parents, that goes a really REALLY long way. Thank you for showing us kindness. And to Carlos who checked in on us a bunch to make sure we had what we needed, take away extra plates so we had room for all the kids stuff… OH and I swear: we had a table by the kitchen and every single staff member who came out of that kitchen tonight stopped to either say hi to my kids or smile at them as they went by.. it’s just so appreciated. It’s hard to be out at a restaurant with two young ones, and everyone at At The Border tonight (1/20 between 5:30-6:30pm) was so kind. Thank you!!! PS the food and drinks were 10/10 as well!!
