This was the worst service I have ever experienced. When I walked into the store the worker groaned and looked up at the ceiling then went into the back. when he came out he was extremely rude tossing the lids to the containers around and complaining when we asked for what was under the lids.

I’ve been here three times now and have ordered online for takeout a couple times. The food is good but the staff often ignores customers and they’re occasionally rude. Takeout orders are consistently wrong.
I have come here regularly for lunch and it is way better than all other quick serve Mexican restaurants in the area. The home made tortillas are the best, but also fresh meats, veggies and guacamole with plenty of friendly staff. Never had a bad experience and I am very discerning.

When the men are working usually everything is fine. The new girl with the long eyelashes is EXTREMELY RUDE to customers and half the time my pickup order is wrong (missing at least one ingredient, only one queso for two PAID {and expensive} chips and queso orders). Really need to work on quality check before giving out expensive food.

been coming here almost every week for years the food is great but the staff if going downhill. the two younger females at the register are insanely disrespectful and rude. they lost two loyal customers. I will not ever again recommend this location until those brats are taken care of.
Today was the last time. I just payed $10 for a grilled cheese. It's an assembly line so to lose track order it can happen but shouldn't. However you have one job and to lump the meat in on spot so that only 1/4 of the quesedilla has meat.

This is definitely the worst Pancheros location in the south jersey area. Rice is always hard. Nothing is ever fresh. The burrito wraps are cooked terribly. Pancheros is usually top tier but this location stinks!!! Service isn’t the best either. Not sure what goes wrong at this location but it needs to be studied. Disappointed everytime and always dread going there. Never my option to go to that one. Pancheros on route 70 cherry hill is amazing people are lovely too!!!!!!

I very rarely give any food establishment less than three stars. I walked in at 1:00pm today and it was completely empty. There were 4 men standing behind the counter. One was working and three were standing there. As I'm standing to order, every single person ignores me for at least five minutes. A simple "I'll be with you" would go a long way but the three guys who were standing around pretended they didn't see me. After I order, I get to the register and notice I was overcharged. I try to clarify but he was being very hostile so I just let it go. I went to grab a brown bag from the stack of bags (because I was going back to work) and he very rudely said "thats not for you". I politely asked if I could have one cause I'm going back to work and he (again) rudely said no. I LOVE Pancheros but me and my family will never return again. I'll take the drive to cherry hill. If you're reading this, you should too. No one should be treated like that and those employees lack basic human decency.
