Ordered calzone stuff crust and chicken pizza bites neither of which were fully cooked when they arrived. Called to try and get a refund on food I would not eat and the guy gave me a hard time and very hard to understand so I brought the food back to the store and was told that I don't eat pizza and didn't know what I was talking about. But I have never had a stuffed crust come apart at the seem with the cheese in solid form. Fought to get refund and still only got a partial refund. Will never get food from here again and will recommend nobody else does either

I ordered a pizza bowel and a pizza with out cheese, the pizza bowel had cheese on it, I have alpha gal syndrome (AGS) that makes me allergic to cheese. Tried to call store every time I selected talk to manger the call disconnected. At first I figured there was an issue with the online ordering but with the choice to talk to the manager always disconnecting I am starting to think it is more to do with not want to talk to people about errors in the order and who ever is on duty not caring to do their job. So far this us the worst Paps John's I have done business with in 4 separate states.

I placed an order and had an order number. When I went to pick it up, they claimed they had no order. I told them the order number and they don't care, even though my bank was charged. Outright theft. They instead wanted me to pay again. I am not paying twice for the same food.

Pizza is so good, but I ordered 3 times with ranch sauce, I got only 1 time. 2 times I got only regular sauce. Please, do not prepare by heart, please read the order carefully.

I can't in here to buy a bottle of sod. I was waiting for 5 minute to check out. Then she stood making the pizza( keep in mind not wearing any gloves) then rings up my soda after that does not clean her hands goes back to making the Pizza again.i will never go back to this store.

This place is usually consistent. My last two orders there was WAY too much cheese on the pizza. They were both unenjoyable and unappetizing... definitely not consistent with what Papa John's usually serves. The ultimate pepperoni and their brownies will keep me coming back, though. The brownies deserve 10 stars.

last time I went in was 3 yrs ago.................girl wtd 3.00 for 1 extra hot pepper and one extra sauce. not like 1 sauce accommodates a large pie?told her to keep her pizza and walked out.Pappa Johns will never see me again.you folks have no idea how to run a company.
