Honestly the worst pizza I've ever had in my life. Dollar store microwave pizza is so much better tasting and looking than anything offered here.

We stopped in to grab a quick bite. While my kids liked it and thought this pizza was "fun" my husband and I didn't care for it. It's more like a Domino's level flatbread or something. Pricey for the size and what you get. But since my kids liked it I ordered it for them one night directly from their site. They sent the wrong order. Ok, it happens. Well the issue is that there is literally no way to get in touch with anyone to let them know. Their phone number is the number for all stores, it's only automated, and it forces you to leave a message. It tells you to text a number for "instant" help with AI, but that also did not work and "AI" said to give them 24 hours, and that I can also send an email (which I did). So we were stuck with the wrong order with no way to let anyone know. But I promised my kids pizza so I just ordered from one of our regular places. How do you have a restaurant that offers delivery with no way for customers to get in touch with anyone? I'm not really their customer to begin with, but I definitely will never order again after this.UPDATE: The next day I received this automated text message: "Hey there, it's the friendly crew from &pizza customer support! ?So sorry to read about your experience! We hope every order is perfect, and your feedback is valuable to get us to close to perfect as possible. For the inconvenience, we have dropped a little something in your &pizza rewards wallet."Yeah, some pizza points don't cut it and this customer service is unacceptable.

Pizza was mediocre at best and kinda small for the price. My main issue however was the structural inability to get any customer service whatsoever. We ordered via Uber eats and something in that process screwed up, ordering us double the amount we wanted, charging us for that amount. So far, this is not the restaurant's fault. The problem started in trying to correct the ordering error. Uber eats said that once the restaurant accepts the order they won't let you modify or cancel it without an egregious charge, so we needed to contact the restaurant directly. However, this place is part of a pizza chain and does not publish a direct phone number to its store location - the only number to call sent me into automated message hell.Despite the automated response system assuring me that their "whole world revolves around solving [my] customer service issues," I never got the ability to talk to any person, much less someone from the specific location I needed to reach. I was forced to leave a message with assurances that I'd be contacted within 24 hours, which is little help when I need to modify a food order while it's being made. Of course, I never received a call back either. But wait! There was also a text message service number that the automated system said would be checked frequently to help me with my problem. I initiated contact with the text message system to never receive any inquiry regarding my issue (even well after it would have been in time to solve my issue), only, several days later, a promotional offer from that text number. In short, this company's customer service couldn't give a crap about you. I feel like I was not treated like a human and their pizza is DEFINITELY not good enough to excuse that. Get bent, I'll be taking my business elsewhere.

I got it off of Grubhub cause I’m fluffy and lazy but everytime I order the food is amazing. Sure it might look messy but the flavor is all there! The white pizza is out of this world!

My pizza was burnt. You couldn’t tell that it had pepperoni or onions on it. It was burnt.

I recently ordered a craft your own pizza to be delivered. At this time they had even a promo, pay one get two, and I created a delicious veggie pizza including mushrooms, onions, bell peppers, goat cheese and kalamata olives. The taste was really good! Delivery was quite fast and within the stated time frame. I would order again.

Great experience a little pricey but it was a still good! a bit small to dine in comfortably unless no one else is there. really good garlic knots!Vegetarian options: you can create your own pizza with your choice of what you want.Dietary restrictions: honestly it's like a nicer subway of pizza restaurants.

Gluten free crust is good. Some of the toppings are hard to find. The staff was friendly. I would like more jalapenos. My 3rd time order in about a week. Rewards are a good deal.Dietary restrictions: Gluten free crust.

Ordered through ubereats as they had BOGO deals so I got 4 pizzas for the price of 2. Order arrived within 35 min and the food was still hot and fresh. Crust was well cooked - thin, crispy, yet chewy. Decent amount of toppings. White pizza had a lot of bubbles but tasted good. Would order again if there was a similar deal.

At first I wasn't to sure about this place. I thought it was going to be like little Caesar but I was wrong! The pizza here is very delicious. It's all flatbead and you can create your own. The service was good. I ordered off Uber eats but still the packaging was neat. The inside of the store I am unsure off. But all together great.

I don't know how you call this pizza? Very little sauce and no cheese and then you charge $14. for and $4 for a bottle of soda...worst pizza

Nice place but maybe some inconsistency with applying the toppings? The "Maverick" pizza I ordered appeared to be skimpy. Not much cheese, sausage, pepperoni and salami. Supposed to be a serving of 52 grams of protein.
