After not the best experience a few months ago, I heard there was new owners and decided to give them another shot today… I’m glad I took that shot! I ordered a Big T Diabolo and I already want another one tomorrow! Not only was the food fabulous, the customer service was awesome too. I’m glad to have this back in my places to eat rotation, I’m always craving a good hoagie!! Thank you to the new owners:)

Glad to see this place is under new management. Had the pleasure of stopping in and grabbing a sandwich and some sides. Food was excellent, even down to the potato chips. service was great!

Decided to give this location another try after having a few months back and let me just say., MY OH MY was I pleasantly surprised!! Fast, friendly service and a fresh delicious classic primo hoagie! Definitely under new management, and it definitely did not disappoint. Great job PRIMOS MOORESTOWN! I will be returning!

The person who took our order was extremely rude. They took our order correctly but were unwelcoming and unfriendly. We will not return to this location. When we asked questions about the menu, the cashier refused to help.

I’d give this location a 0 if I could. They got my order all wrong. Orders a sharp Italian and they gave me an Italian. My wife ordered an American however both hoagies they sent were marked Italian. I’ve never seen such incompetence in my life. I’ll be taking my business elsewhere. The owner needs to make sure his employees are properly doing their job.

Wow, I would advise training people better! We ordered an American with a whole pickle on the side and didn’t get the pickle and received an Italian instead. On top of it, the sandwiches are never ever cut in half. ??‍♀️ Other Primo locations are better.

My 1st time ordering from this location, and I ordered online. When I arrived to pick up my order the woman was not very friendly and had an attitude. My sandwich was good, but was missing it's seasonings and condiments. A persons attitude can really make or break someone returning.
