Just meh. The place is really nice, but they dont have thr capital to maintain it. Front desk is insanely slow. Bar tender is great. This would be amazing, but they charge way too much for a three star

If you choose this place you won't be disappointed.Wow, The Hotel ML is an awesome place in Mount Laurel, This is more cheaper than Great Wolf Lodge in Little Egg Harbor

We stayed here two nights for my cousin's wedding last weekend. My sister's room was 79 degrees when they arrived, so they were switched to another room that was 78 degrees. We set the AC on cold to see if it would cool down while we were at the rehearsal. Five hours later we returned and it was 75 degrees. They were moved to another room and that worked well for them. The front desk staff were very helpful with that move. Our room was a great temperature, however it was weird that there was no microwave in our room. There was a communal microwave in the hallway by the elevators. The cleaning staff seemed odd and not helpful when asked questions. Also it looked like someone threw up in the stairwell and it was there both two days were there. Pretty gross. There was a convenient Walmart across the street and lots of restaurants around the area. There were often wet children walking around going to the water park.

For a non-chain hotel, it is a pretty decent place to stay. I stayed here for one night as this was closest to where I was attending a wedding and wanted to spend the night. Upon arrival, the hotel staff were very congested with early check ins like myself. They were courteous and answered all of my questions in a polite manner. The only reason I give my stay a four star is for two reasons. The first being is that I was directed to a certain room number. Upon arrival to this room, my card would not work. I returned to the service desk only to be told "Oh sorry, I gave you the wrong room number". No huge deal. Once I arrived to my actual room, there were no towels. At all. Now the service desk did send someone up right away to give us towels but for the amount of money you are paying for a basic room ($160 plus $100 deposit which you are reimbursed), towels should none issue. Overall, they had good customer service and a clean room. I would still stay here again regardless of the hiccups I faced but would hope that these issues were just one offs and not a common occurrence.

Stayed here for a wedding that was nearby and this is hands down the best hotel I've ever stayed in. Bar in the lobby gets absolutely wild at night especially with all the wedding parties that stay in the hotel. Rooms were ready quickly for the most part, and everyone who works at the hotel is very friendly. They also found some stuff that I left in their shuttle so I was very appreciative of that.

Well, I hadn't heard anything back after cancelling my room as my conference was cancelled, so I called. Apparently the hotel is is some kind of reduced staff, as the menu cycled me back thru. I reached a perseon at the reservations and came to believe that he was off site reservation agency. I don't know that for a fact but I got that feeling. He said he would send an email to his contact at the hotel and took my name and phone number. Thinking that would go nowhere, I was pleasantly surprised when I received a call the next morning. I was in the yard and didn't pick up, but a nice lady explained everything to me and allayed my fears. That was nice and I wanted to let the public know. Trust is a big deal and now I trust these folks are straight shooters . Thank you.

Dropped our son off the night before he was being shipped out to Marine Corps boot camp. Nice facility and very accommodating for those dropping off their loved ones.

This hotel is absolutely the worst. At first sight the lobby is nice and you are expecting a great stay, when i got into the room i realized our bathroom had no counter and the pull out couch was so disgusting it was impossible to sleep on. On the 3rd day there was a carjacking outside the hotel and a member of the staff had to be fired for another incident. I’ve had to get at least 5 new room keys now because the room keys here do not work on the doors, also the ice machine was outside of my room and it started leaking, completely soaking the entire carpet. Once i complained nothing changed and no one took any action to fix it. The staff is horrible as well.
